They also say that area 51 doesn't exist even tho its completely obvious it does. Its amazing how smart some people on here are yet they still walk around with their eyes closed.

I find it hard to believe that there is nothing on the moon considering the fact that we have found microbial activity living in rocks on Earth.
There is just way too much evidence of life in even the most extreme circumstances on our planet for me to think that an entire planet is completely void of any kind of life whatsoever.

There is much more to the story than is being told.

Its unfortunate that anybody that seeks the truth, thinks outside the box or has an open mind now days is labeled crazy, stupid, weak etc. etc.

Interesting story OP, good job.

I agree with you- it was funny how you brought up the alien craft lights though...LOL

I am probably going to get lynched for this comment...lol

It's my personal opinion that the trianglar craft seen 'most often' (ie the ones with the three red lights) are military...anything that has a 'uniformity' to it quite possibly could be military. I am sure the technological advancements beyond 'stealth' seem to fall into this category.

However the shape changing/ cigar / fast moving/ disappearing craft with or without lights warrants investigation. I have no explanation except what I research.

The UFO I saw about 5 years ago I observed as a bright blueish round light which fell so fast - yes it fell..as quick as Newtons Apple....and landed at the same time in a clearing not far from where I lived. No sound...no trail...It was not a shooting star / meteroid /meteor- as I have witnessed those. So to me it was a UFO...The light was extremely bright. It was at this point that my interest in UFO's expanded.

Here is the audio from Apollo 11
It is broken up into segments, and I am not sure if it is unedited.

I have tried on numerous occasions to find the full speech. It would be very interesting to hear it all...Alas! that is all that is on the web...unless someone knows where the transcript of the whole thing is...maybe one day it will turn up.

I feel like a detective half the time because I have a thirst for knowledge given that i was a 'space child' as we are affectionately known these days...an old git eh?

Cheers

I wonder if anyone has bothered to sue for FOIA for the complete un edited audio. After all this time it shouldn't be a problem for national security right?

I mean the "black box" tapes should have picked up whatever music was playing. I doubt that music can be called a national security threat right?

I mean when your flying around in space wouldn't it be nice to not run into another space traveler? Lights might just help with that. Especially if your vehicle doesn't get detected by radar.

we'll go to a lot of trouble to make our spaceship invisible to radar and then put huge blinking lights on it to compensate......i don't buy it.

besides, if you were traveling in space, feasibly, most of the time you would have to be traveling faster than light, so lights on your spaceship are really pointless.

We have radar, sonar, GPS and numerous other means by which to navigate. Why do we still use lights on all of our means of transportation? Safety. Subway trams still have headlights on them. Do they need them? No.

the lights are mostly just for reassurance, they don't make things hugly safer. all the transport modes manage fairly well if the lights don't work, but people feel safer with lights on.

I think it's very equatable to aliens seeing man in space for the first time. Back then you didn't see man drifting through space like deer walking through a field.

man had been hanging around that particular office for weeks in advance of stopping by the water cooler.

Kind of like a car headlights eh? Couldn't possibly turn those off during the daytime right? Kinda pointless for car headlights to be on during the day. But pretty useful at night.

And let's see, doesn't the stealth fighter and bomber have lights on it? It's stealth. But damn wouldnt it be difficult to land one without some sort of landing light?

It's that same old catch 22 question again. Anything which may have questioned the NASA view of the moon as being a barron wasteland will almost certainly have been edited out. Without those missing minutes of tape there's no way, as Phage continually and bluntly points out, that we can prove this one way or the other.

As always Phage is too smart for his own good.
I looked around and put together a support compilation (save for one video i just thought was cool). I think it was back up that Buzz and Neil did see something on the moon.

The irrelevant one: How about some Saturn moon bases everyone!

Someone is gonna have to give me some feed back on that last one.

What about the Australian audience with the Apollo 11 mission...didn't they see something they shouldn't have? - there was a lot of controversy...I heard that someone saw a coke can on the so called Apollo 'set' and it was broadcast at a different time

Isn't it possible that we did go to the moon but a lot of the filming and shots were so poor that they had to re - shoot stuff later?.. The film from the moon landings was pretty dire.

.What do you think about that?...We could be giving all these people a hard time when really it was only 'kind of faked'....
That's the problem...there's so much info / disinfo out there it gets really too much.

yeah, to see with, but if i was driving a land cruiser through the savana trying to spot hyenas in their natural habitat i'ld use night vision and turn the headlights off.

eh......no, not really. if turning on the lights might draw fire they don't turn on the lights. they don't actually need them.

Yes it is possible. In fact Mythbusters did a pretty good job at re creating several moon shots on a set.

The entertainment value of the Moon landing itself would be just cause to reenact certain segments of it so that they could get the right shots.

It also could have been reenacted so to edit out any possible alien sightings. For all we know there could have been an alien McDonald's up on the moon that got in the way.

It looks pretty complete to me. It has a beginning, a middle, and an end.

Iapetus...a very unusual...and very extended orbiting "moon" around Saturn.

Out of all of Saturn's moons, Iapetus has the largest orbit, and is at an angle of about -15 degrees off of the orbital plane versus the other moons.

It's not the full speech as it was edited and pulled from t'internet...which is why I am frustrated at not being able to locate the original...No he's not wordy...but this was a much longer address to those students.

He was introduced to the audience in the original......

I read the Apollo 10 transcript.

I didn't see anything odd.

At various times they mention looking at craters.

The "music" I believe is the only strange thing, but I believe I know what it is. It's probably being picked up on their radio communicators, they mention how it is "eerie" whistling.

I have heard similar things before from spacecraft---it is pickups from plasma dynamics in the magnetosphere. It makes radio signals with "whistlers" and frequency changes. It is natural physics.
