No, what it shows is that FOX has an obvious penchant for hiring folks that can't think for themselves.
I emplore you to watch the video.

Notice how he has to ask several times what it means "to play us out"... He can't even end a segment when he's being guided to. He can only parrot what is on the teleprompter.

Considering Beck had to "recant" his position, it is obvious that these people are told what to say, nothing more...

But now that you mention it, O'Reilly is a jerk. I agree.

Dude, I said I HAVE WATCHED THE VIDEO. Several times. Again, all it proves is that he can be a jerk. So what? Are you incapable of being a jerk? I know I can be a jerk. LOL Again, IT PROVES NOTHING.

Beck did NOT recant his position. You keep telling me to watch a video I've seen several times. Have you even watched the Beck clip from this afternoon?

You keep making these claims and then when questioned, you provide NO proof and move on to something else.

So far you are batting .0,00%

"Oh, it's a "staged" controversy? Ok, tell me WHO is "staging" it. And don't give us a lame "THEM" answer. I want specific names."

In this case, the production managers of FOX News... Look them up.

The Fox production managers are staging the whole FEMA camps controversy?

Wow, I wonder how many drugs I would have to do to have that vivid of an imagination.

Here you go. www.newsmeat.com... Rupert Murdoch's Political Contributions.

Note the 61% to GOP candidates.
I suppose that he gave money to Hillary because he would have rather seen her there than Obama.

I think that I will have to go with the someone in the control room told him not to agree with the statement, it unfortunately happens all the time, a host on live TV will have to do a double take to avoid upsetting viewers and normally it's either a Network Censor or a Network VP that will catch it and send the orders down.

It is truly unfortunate that this has to happen with agencies that are supposedly dedicated to putting out truth and fair reporting but, it does happen.

As for the content, it's about time someone, even if it is Fox, brings the issue up, my only fear is that it's some sort of ply to make the general public think it's just another crazy Fox story, so that they dismiss it out of hand and then.... it's too late.

More obfuscation. In this case the issue was who was stirring the pot with these media personalities talking BS.
You are becoming tiresome.

As to the Obama remarks... I think it can be noted for the record that these FEMA camps have been around for quite some time. So, like I said, this has nothing to do with Obama.

Now, granting that these allegations are true, which I would be willing to argue that they may not be true at all (see a parallel thread ongoing in which I argue that there isn't much in these allegations at all and even remarks I have made in this very thread) Obama always has the authority to scrap the plan...
Nice obfuscation.

Those who think there is something to the FEMA story claim the whole thing is RAMPING UP RIGHT NOW. Unless, I'm mistaken, Obama IS President, isn't he?

No, what I said was that Beck will not cover the FEMA camp story tonight. My guess is that he won't be allowed to.

And like I said, the O'Reilly clip shows that the man cannot think for himself. He parrots what is on the teleprompter. He had to have a director explain to him what "to take us out" means.

Clarification - to end the segment.
He couldn't manage that much without being guided to it. He is an idiot lap-dog. They all are.

Nobody here has to be told that the MSM is a fraud. It is only a few of you that can't figure this out.

Perhaps those of you who feel so can speak about that at length.

Me, I'm just pointing out that Beck is a stooge for the Corporate MSM just like the rest of them are.
To each his own, I suppose.

ROFL. That's it? So Murdoch gave about 60% of his political donations to the GOP and 40% to democrats, and that is your "proof" that he's "in the bag for the GOP". Give me a break. I suppose in your mind unless it was 100% to the democrats, he's "in the bag" for the GOP.

As another poster pointed out, the donations by Fox employees as a whole, was EXTREMELY LOPSIDED (310K to 14K) for DEMOCRATS.

FAIL.

Unfortunately, the employees of FOX news don't decide what is put on the air, Murdoch does...

Fail.

Furthermore, 61:39 does not a fair and balanced organization make.

50:50 does.

Beck doesn't have a team of researchers.
He gets information directly from FEMA.
Why bother???

Not only that, but Murdoch himself contributed more than ALL of his employees combined... 318k to his 390k, or therabouts.

As if it even matters. Democrats received only slightly more than his "special interest" contributions while Republican candidates recieved in excess of four times the amount of either.

Give me a break.

"He parrots what is on the teleprompter". That one takes the cake. I'm confused. Are we talking about Obama or O'Reilly?

I'm sorry to break this to you, but your reasong is non-sensical. You have no idea of the context of the O's meltdown on that video. Do you think the director gave him the same instruction every day and that suddenly one day, BOR just didn't know what he was talking about? A little deductive reasoning would tell you that the director, perhaps a sub, was giving him an instruction he wasn't familiar with. And BOR lost his cool. This was, BTW, many years ago.

So, your big "proof" that BOR is an idiot who can't think for himself is that you saw a video of him losing his temper and cussing out a guy on the set, what 15 years ago?

And you have NEVER lost your temper, right? You have NEVER yelled at anyone, right?

Wow, lame.

FAIL. Again.

You really need to come up with some new material. And you think I'm tiresome? LOL

Nah, he gets his info from those crackpots at prisonplanet and other crackpot sites, such as Above Top Secret.

Dude, you messed up the zinger I gave you.

You should have asked why it was I thought Beck was a parrot. You quoted an O'Reilly video. Beck didn't lose his cool on camera 15 years ago, to my knowledge.

Go ahead and ask me a question that is relavent to the point.

Before television Beck enjoyed the hell out of making fun of conspiracy theorists on his radio show among others he seen as either crazy or just plain stupid... He even had little games he'd play with callers it was actually funny, yet pathetic.

BTW, he still does it, you just failed to 'get it'
