Radical Islam

The current situation of the Middle East was established after the break up of the Turkish empire. The Western nations of Brittan and France did not try to occupy these lands, they worked to stabilize them. This is when Israel, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, and the others were created. The Western powers gave these nations sovereignty after centuries of being controlled by an Empire. Oh, but the Western nations are the bad guys for this? How ridiculous.

Just as the Western powers developed the oil reserves under the Middle Eastern nations that have made them rich. No good deed goes un-punished.

An excellent source for how the Islamists think is "God's War On Terror", written by an ex-terrorist , turned Christian, Walid Shoebat and Joel Richardson.

In it he describes his former religion as very much in the mind of world takeover along with the conversion/ murder of Christians and Jews. He calls Islam the religion of the Antichrist. All references in the Bible relating to God's war in end-times are against Mulim nations.

Actually here in the UK the spelling of Taleban with an e is acceptable. Some people would say it is infact more correct than spelling it with an i. It is similar to words like tyre and colour which is more correct than the American spellings. After all the language is called English for a reason.

I don't want to live in a country where Islam has ANY authority whatsoever. Sorry if that sounds intolerant to some of you. I'm beyond caring. I think you are taking a hard line here DJ and picking at this post on a semantic level. I am sure that zarp meant was "radical Muslims" not just ALL Muslims. Muslims consider Christians and Jews as "brethren in religion" and believers. The only time any Muslim is allowed to kill is in in self-defense, and when the other party chooses to avoid peace.

It is all well and good you trying to tell people what the Koran "really" says but the Koran says exactly what people believe it to say. So when a Muslim is being brainwashed and told that it says "Kill all Kuffars" then they will believe it and a Kuffar will be defined how the radical Imam wants it to be defined.

If the "West" is considered such a threat, then why are they immigrating to our countries? You don't see us lining up to live over there. Wouldn’t standing on the corner and yelling death to the country and its citizens constitute treason and chargeable as an offence? Round them up, charge them with treason and give them a choice: jail or deportation to the country of choice (if they can find one who will take them in). If they are first generation citizens, they are betraying their oath of allegiance. If they are second/third generation…well, I hope they didn’t sever ties with grandparents and cousins in the old country.

Something I have been meaning to say. It is good to see moderate Muslims speaking out against the radicals calling for violence. We need to see more of this, and it is good to see a thread here where we can point out Moderate Muslims actively speaking out against the radicals.

It isn't about Christians verses Muslims, it is about fanatics, of any ideology, verses non-fanatics, and finding ways to stop these fanatics from attacking innocent civilians in order to further their political ideologies.

I think this Bible verse sums it up even before Islam was called Islam in Arabia. It shows the two different paths and promises of God concerning Abrahams two sons. One son by Hagar who's seed is not free compared to the son from Sarah who's seed is free and like wise Islam is not free by it's own laws and the people are slaves to it while the Christian world is free from old testemant laws that include stoning of women and even that was just a Jewish custom in the presence of the God the Father when the Isrealites were in the dessert. It's in the Blood of the Arabs/Muslims to be as they are as a society and its in the Blood of the free world to remain free from the tight regulations that the old testiment imposed because Christ was sacrificed. That is one way to interpret this verse I feel and almost figuratively prophetic in nature but it does not mean to the Christians God went to the Arabs too in 600AD and decided to make another law, I am just saying they are bonded to this Arabic way of life from not being a promised seed, but obviously the Qur'an says its the other way round.

Likewise I think Muslims are slaves to their religion and customs and way of life where the rest of the world is free in comparison. Yes we have some restrictions but in no way on the same scale. Also the last verse is almost saying how a future Qur'an verses speaks about infidels and saying infedels will never inherit Islamic heaven. What is the irony here is that it almost sounds like its saying we are not like that in spiritual nature in getting rid of the unbeliever its very anti-radical Islam.

Cut off the hands of thieves. It is an exemplary punishment from Allah. 5:38

Allah makes some people sin. He will not cleanse their hearts. They will have ignominy in this world, and in the Hereafter an awful doom. 5:41

Non-muslims are wrong doers. 5:45

"But those of them who ... changed the word ... We sent down upon them wrath from heaven." 7:162

Its almost like God lead you here to express this because the Bible verse in my reply speaks of the nature of the Arabic way as slaves to their nature and how the Christian's or the free world is not of the same nature as in not accepting the outsiders of the religious social circle.
