It is a photo composite, nothing more. In the first picture notice the camera on the left side of the picture is cut in half horizontally, (two
different pictures lined up to make a composite) also in the background the column with the American flag draped down is cut in half.
The column, the camera, the American flag, the guy with the double wide face, the ghost people, and the floating leg, are just signs of a bad
composite. This happens when you take multiple pictures of the same area and try to make a panoramic view of it while the subject matter changes from
moment to moment when people move, the other camera lenses move, and the person or people making the composite later make errors lining the pictures
up.
Nothing paranormal or sinister here.
