its now switched to a man getting dressed, i think he is going to read a speech.

he wasn't one oft the men from the confrence before, he is speaking into his phone in english -doesn't look like gaza behind him

An english speaking person is on now...wow. news in english from over there.

The background "drone" noise is gone now after they played around with the audio. freaky.

It is a news agency's live cam, they are simply doing a report... The reason you don't hear the drones is because they switched to the current camera, and the microphone the reporter is wearing is the only source of sound.

Is there another link for this feed?

This one keeps cutting out.

news agency? what feed are you watching? I still have the dark picture with a couple of buildings at the bottom of the screen...I hear a cough and some background talking but I don't hear any reporter reporting anything.

Im sure it will be on youtube along with the rest of them when he is done.

he could be doing an interview feed with a news station, they culd be syncing the feeds with someone or dealing with tech issues.

he was just laughing, any idea who he is

it must be tech issues cause they're still sorting out the comms

I'm watching the feed linked in the OP, and there is a reporter sitting there. Perhaps your feed image is still frozen on the night image?

It must be, because I hear him fine telling us what his job is in perfect English but all I see is night image still..... thanks, I refreshed and now I have him.
