Well, this phenomena is surfacing in more movies too, like the movie 2012, ppl get 'taken by god', and there is a movie coming now in 2009 called Seeking Closure wich also is an 2012 movie. So maby things are...

It is apparent that you don't rely on inner self, only your apparent intellect. It sounds good, so there it is. It is also possible, in this mixed up paradigm that we call a Universe that, despite your best effort at intellectualization, the Bible is all there is?

You don't seem to understand that where the Universe sits, at this point, there is no truth, but individual truth. And that may not be the real truth... So far, other than casting aspersions, you have not given anyone, who is not already leaning toward your way of thinking, any reason to change.

I wouldn't classify it as a "phenomena". It's just a pop culture, urban legend/myth tale that gets told and retold.

And it might be in movies, but that has nothing to do with anything actually going to happen. That's just typical Hollywood cashing in on a pop culture fad that currently has the public's interest and turning into a cash cow. Or in this case, a sub-culture -- I don't mean "below normal" but in that it's not a well known myth outside of a group of people

What does this mean?

How "The Harvesting" of Souls works and where our Earthly 'place & time' in the Universe is (in the Solar Phalanx [The Great Serpent] of Cevorkum) is very clearly written down in the Oahspe in the Synopsis of the Sixteen Cycles, 3000 years each.

The way the enlighting story of the OP is written, leaves no place for Free Will. It's kind of easily said: old Karma has to be cleaned up with some haste and the weight of your Karma (Maat) specefies whether you will end up on the Postive or Negative Pole or in between.

Since the "New Time" (New Erra / New Age) is barely begun I dare to think that the time ahead will create the possibility for humans to LEARN first HOW to become more consious and aware of their thoughts and actions, where their choices will lead to and the Big Picture of cause and consequence.

That will be the BIG change that lays before us.

The truth has not been revealed to us yet. If it were, that would get in the way of our own free will as a species to consciously make a decision to prepare for this event or not.

Ah yes, this information comes directly from the "Hidden_Hand" discourse that occurred here a few months ago, of which I was glad to be a part of.

I agree that it was an excellent message and it is one that resonated more heavily with me than anything else I have seen before, although I think if H_H saw how you were spreading his message he would probably be displeased. You seem to have missed a major point of his postings, which was to never become "Evangelical" and not take anything as "Gospel." I worry that you're sort of negating the entire point of his discourse, and dishonoring his wish that it would be presented in full if one were to read it.

Not that I'm trying to revere this guy, but I honor his message and it seems like you're trying to force it down people's throats, which, like I said, completely destroys it's value.
