I didn't make that claim. I said peace was briefly reached, Israel broke that peace.

None of those showed what people claim. People claim the Palestinians are forced to eat grass because Israel AND EGYPT cut off help. But no one has shown that a Palestinians has eaten grass, or that there is any grass in Palestinian lands.

I have seen a lot of pics where Israel bombed and yet to see grass. I could have overlooked it. I too was curious too about where all this grass was that was keeping them alive.

And I wonder how they keep ignoring that Egypt has done EVERY THING that Israel did. Sealed off borders, refused aid, shot at civillians, but they only criticize the Jews. And they still haven't shown grass, let alone people eating it. Sounds like more Pallywood to me.

That's because the Palestinians ate all of the grass in those areas!

It's kind of like the old joke about wearing red on Wednesdays to keep the elephants away.

I am wondering what Egypt pays its border guards?

Maybe we could get a few of these guys and put them along our border? They seem to know how to seal a border and to find the illegals who crossed it. What do they know that we don't know?

A look at Google Maps, (using the satellite feature) will give you your answer!

There's grass in Gaza, there is also what appears to be orchards and some small plots for farming too!

I doubt you could find any country, unless it's in the arctic, that doesn't have any grass.

Here's a couple pictures, ...

SOURCE

Abu Jihad Shaheen can only farm 20 dunams of his 86 dunams of farmland in the Gaza Strip, because of continued Israeli intimidation towards farmers living near the border with Israel.

Still no pictures of said grass. Second, if they have orchards, and farms, why are they eating grass? Or is it the same reason that they can smuggle in a lion and thousands of rockets, but not a loaf of bread and some milk?

Second pic looks waaaay photoshop. First one, congrats, some one finally provides substance! Ok so they do have grass! Now we just need photos or video of them eating it.

Sorry, was a little late getting the pictures up, you could have done the search yourself though instead of just going on and on about Gaza having no grass.

Just take a look, like I said, on Google Maps satellite view, see for yourself!

As to if they are eating grass actually, I have no idea, but since they have been without any food being shipped in for quite a while, it would be pretty easy to come to the conclusion that they PROBABLY have exhausted all the supplies they had.

Farms don't produce food as fast as people consume it!

But they can smuggle in lions, tanks, rpgs, missiles, guns, ammunition, plastic explosives, tnt... But not food. If they starve they only have themselves too blame.

Totally bad /wrong/awful example!

Don't you think it would be a lot easier getting those things smuggled into a country than trying to smuggle in enough food for 1.5 MILLION people!

The logistics alone would be mind boggling!

Think of how many tons of food that would be! Your talking AT LEAST thousands of tons a week.

Most of the stuff you listed above, (except maybe the lion and the tank), could be smuggled in through tunnels. (Scary thought, lion gets loose in smugglers tunnel!)

Even a lion or a tank would be easier to smuggle into the country than the HUGE amount of food it would take to feed 1.5 MILLION people!

They could be, and probably are trying to smuggle food in right now, but there is no possible way they could smuggle enough food through tunnels to keep up with 1.5 million peoples needs!

NO WAY!

These aren't tunnels that you can drive a truck through that they are talking about!

Egypt doesn't want the Palestinians. Nobody in the world wants the Palestinians. Palestinian extremists create havoc wherever they go. They have had many, many, many chances to make some sort of peace with Israel and have refused every time. Presidents as far back as Carter have been trying broker a two-state agreement and the initiative always fails, mostly because Palestinian extremists absolutely refuse to acknowledge that Israel even has a right to exist. They have been firing rockets into Israel for years now and show no sign of stopping until they are out of missiles. It's just unfortunate that Israel has superior military capabilities and can retaliate so disproportionately.

The real victims of this conflict are the ordinary, non-extremist Palestinian people. There should be a way for the U.N. and other sympathetic parties to create some sort of refuge for them where they can have sufficient land, food and water to sustain themselves, and live in peace. Unfortunately, everywhere they go the extremists go with them. So innocent people have to suffer.

yep most people that are the usual trolls have not read the posts from the offset.. and most dont seem to understand what they read anyway and that is just the posts here never mind the real situation in gaza

in the real world people do read and watch media coverage from other countries in other languages, i guess that is what an education can provide.

bias lets see... well i have read and in fact feel ill at the bias shown here.

Well suffice to say i am off to read some interesting real news , in the real world in different languages and educate myself. Real boring hearing about how some people feel so victimized they are in denial of what the rest of the world can see and are very disgusted by..

hmm just a thought read the posts [ if you can read] from the offset, pay attention to nuances as well as the word strings.. look up world news and maybe you may learn something....

this thread is now making me rather ill when people laugh at the suffering of children.. so please feel free to walllow..

But the non extremist Palestinians... Do what? March and dance in the streets when 9/11 happened? Have their children go too school where they learn that the only reason they live is too strap a bomb on their back and kill babies? They voted Hamas in, by a majority. Maybe they should stop supporting Hamas? Maybe then EGYPT will help them out. But EGYPT SEALED its borders when Hamas was elected, has shot Palestinians, refused aid to go in... Yet EGYPT gets a pass

Of course they do they're muslim after all so in perverse logic it doesn't count....Egypt for all intents and purposes could be bombing the hell out of Gaza instead of Israel yet it that actually happened it would be brushed under the carpert as it wouldn't suit the anti-west agenda and 'everyone who doesn't agree with islam is a zionist' logic as seen on these threads.

Much like how muslims genociding people in Darfur is always swept under the carpet by muslims worldwide.

Like how Dubai and Egypt will remove and deport any Palestian immigrants found in their countries and deny them entry and asylum in the first place or shoot them on site as this thread highlights but it doesn't count cause it's muslim on muslim so all acts are absolved....great friends indeed....not....

We're dealing with some sick minded people here Israel sends them aid but their leaders would rather their people starve than accept it and as soon as the borders are opened or the embargo dropped sends suicide bombers into Israel.

Crazy times indeed...

Uh, this topic is about Egypt attacking Palestinians. Second, my interest is that the Jews are attacked, murdered, babies slaughtered, no problem. Israel bombs and kills Terrorists, all hell breaks loose. Egypt is attacked, no problem. Egypt fights back, kills same terrorists and civillians, no one cares.
