There may be many reasons why Hillary or McCain could not jump on the certificate bandwagon so to speak, and I've asked the exact same question before in another thread I did somewhere around here about another suit against Obama brought by Larry Sinclair ( ) Unfortunately no one answered me either. That notion made perfect sense to me as well. I would venture that the reason is because it was just too risky, with not enough evidence...And of COURSE there's not enough evidence- either way.

They want us to accept the current CoLB as proof, and for many that's not good enough, including me. That is a computer generated copy, which conveniently (for the purposes of our discussion here) omits certain information that we really want to know.

That's what I don't understand about people who claim to be "on the fence" about this. You believe every piece of crap that comes out of WND or some dude whose face you can't even see... You just take everything they say as fact, without even asking who they are or what their motives might be, but show you a certified copy of a CoLB and a credible news source that states that the Department of Health in Hawaii has verified his Birth Certificate and you scoff at it, and call people who believe the AP "sheeple"...

I'm a little bit curious, but I don't think there's anything on it that makes him ineligible to be president.

The evidence is this reported CoLB. The video in OP, as well as several others, refutes it as a forgery. Sounds like you're trying to trick me into a response just like WRFI did to Ogego.

I asked a question and you answered it. The only possible trick would be if you are lying. I am just trying to be clear on what the situation on the evidence is. Now what is all the good evidence that he was born in Kenya? I certainly hope you can list better evidence that convinces you of that than that which you dismiss as bad evidence he was born in the U.S.

I really hate that everytime I ask someone who claims to be seeking the truth an honest question that is hard for them to deal with, I have to ask two or ten times as they continue to pretend that I never asked it at all.

My appologies. Where is the good evidence that Obama was born outside of the United States?

Snobbishness and paranoia ill-become a nation of immigrants, where one of our truest values is to judge people by their own merits, not their pedigrees. If we call ourselves a land of opportunity, then Mr. Obama’s heritage doesn’t threaten American values but showcases them.

So, you have 2 blog sites and a youtube video saying it is false, and you have credible sites saying it is legitimate. Then you have the State of Hawaii verifying that he is in fact a citizen. You have Obama denying all accusations also.

Why is it that no one can provide evidence that doesn't suck?

Actually, the constitution is quite clear on this issue. If Barack Obama is found to not be a natural born US citizen and thus ineligible for the office of President (which I doubt will happen), Joe Biden would become the president. Not John McCain..not anyone else.

I am having troube understanding why so many"open minded" "obama supporters" are willing to believe a rumor so easily that makes little sense in light of all the facts at hand myself here. I keep hearing that it is all about the constitution and I am all for that, but then it devolves into this weekly world news crap again. Someone please post some good evidence for believing this man is foreign born finally or stop this nonsense once and for all.

I think what is blaring is a lack of respect for what has already been determined versus what a select group wishes to be redetermined.

Proving the forgery of a birth cirtificate NOT provided by the Obama administration themselves does NOT prove he was born in Kenya. It proves that whatever graphic was provided on a BLOG (not a reliable source) were false.

Oh brother. If he's an expert than so am I. Where was this guy when Obama was running two years ago? Give me a break. Sore losers!

I have some real issues with Polarik's tape.

1. Polarik "came across" the idea that the certificate might be fake while reading World Net Daily... This indicates his political position. It's not proof of anything, but it tells me he's probably got an agenda.

2. We have all enlarged the text and it looks NOTHING like his "BIRT" example. I believe he fabricated that text. Pictures in this thread

3. He makes MANY assumptions, states them as facts and expects us to believe them. Examples: A different border is used for each year. (Where does this information come from?) and several times, he says, "that can only mean"... Sorry, that may work in some cases, but he's made assumptions and turned them into "facts" by preceding them with "that can only mean".

4. Saying that "the border doesn't share the same level of detail" means that it was added at a later time is another such assumption. It might mean that the border is meant to be softer. It might mean that it's a low-quality jpeg image. It might mean that the scanner used was old and needed maintenance.

5. He uses "The Missing Seal" as one of his points. The seal was clearly not missing. People using filtering software "found" it.

6. When he talks about only one fold, the picture on the video quickly zooms upward so that the bottom fold cannot be seen. By the time the top fold is visible, the area where the bottom fold would be is out of frame...

7. At one point, Polarik says, "I was just convinced that it was not Barack Obama's certificate."

8. He says it's easy to take several documents and make them appear to be one... Okay, that's easy. But he doesn't show us how that's been done here. He just assumes the least likely possibility.

9. Polarik claims that Factcheck's seal and stamp are from a 2008 certificate. He glosses over this. He doesn't show us the pictures and compare them with Obama's certificate. As I look at the pictures, I see exactly the same certificate as the original posted on dailykos. He doesn't say how he knows Obama colluded with Factcheck. Again, he just states it as fact.

10. The last link in my post has some very interesting and convincing evidence that the fraud here is, indeed, "Dr." Ron Polarik.

In fact, the green thatched background is visible in every copy of the COLB. Thus, Polarik has tampered with the data in order to remove the green thatched background.

1) Correct. World Net Daily gets 99.99999% of what they report wrong. They have never been proven to be reliable. They are as much reliable as Drudge. Remember that Ashley Todd story? Fake. Give me a break.

Great job on your points. I also would add I noticed in the certificate that it says his father name is Barack Hussein Obama. So that would mean Obama is a junior? His father was born in Kenya so that's whom everyone is talking about.
