Wow, you seem very clued up or have an extensive source of info!

Could you suggest any websites with more info on the subject?

The problem I have with my experiences, posted here earlier, is that I border on atheist... I really battle with belief in demons, spirits etc. but cannot deny the fact that I have seen/experienced some scary stuff and trust I can tell the difference between imagination/hullucination/dream/reality.

I am at the point where I would rather question paralel world cross-overs, aliens etc, before entertaining an interfering spirtual world. But acknowledge the fact that we as humans are completely clueless as to the "true secrets of being"!

Be careful what you wish for.

I've never heard anyone describe an event like this as a pleasant experience. More like a violent assault.

You are being VERY offensive by saying:
"i hope that you are being truthful. "
"i hope your being legit."
and any "discrependcies" of my recollection are because its just that a ****ing recollection of an event that was frightening i cant believe im replying to you right now.

AGAIN this is not a story and i wrote this account at approx. 3.5 hours after the event which occurred at 3am. I first posted it at GLP where i have spent much time responding due to the positive/influential/helpful responses.
People at GLP replied by the dozens and none of them make a mockery of my frightening experience and NO ONE questioned whether or not it was made up or a story. I'm not interested in 'making a case' or 'proving' anything to anyone this is a paranormal experience that is common to people of all cultures.

Whats confusing about the way i shared my experience?

You mentioned something about causing some excitement over the creator statements.
I was trying to be specific about my experience, i dont usually pray before bed and i don't subscribe to a God of a religion but i do believe in a creator who is God. That's important when mentioning what i felt was a demon(enemy of God) assaulting me.

You mentioned that most sleep paralysis victims are voiceless:
I did not remember crying out but being voiceless until i read an above reply. I did not remember that portion of the experience until now, it was very frightening.
You asked if it was sleep paralysis or hallucination. i was paralyzed and i saw something which was not a hallucination. Science would like to make everyone think this is a matter of hallucination or dream state. I AM CERTAIN of what i saw that is why i said it was not a hallucination.

Thank you for sharing your experience!
I can promise you that you don't have to live with this experience every night. Do not let fear grip you or consume you.

I'm jealous. Everyone else seems to get demons/Hot blond aliens/ghosts
that come in their rooms for an energy quickie that seems to always take place around the genitals...

I'm going to go out on a limb and say you were probably dreaming. I'm curious to how you knew it was an interdiminsional being though? I could see calling it a demon because of the looks of it but your very clear what it was.

I was waking up at around 3: am every night. like clockwork. I thought it was just a pattern I had fallen in to. Yet when I woke, I was still extremely tired. Turned out, the Ice maker on the fridge was dropping a load of ice and every time it did I woke up. I timed it during the day and it dropped a new load about onnce every 2-1/2 to 3 hrs.

The wierd part was that once I had figured out what the noise was I was able to sleep through the night.

I have also had sleep paralysis on at least three occasions.

The first two times scared the crap out of me. The last time, I woke (half woke) and instantly knew I was having sleep paralysiis.

I considered just going back to sleep, but decided it would more interesting to attempt to overcome it by sheer force of will. It was a monumental struggle but I was able to shake it off and get out of bed. I felt exhausted afterward though.

I have had similar experiences but have never seen any being in my room
and have never had the vibrations you had.

I've had sleep paralysis ever since I can remember. I can usually shake it off
after a few seconds but sometimes I end up going back to sleep for a few
minutes, then it's over.

As for the light, I have had this happen to me too. My personal opinion is it is
a trick of the mind while asleep. What usually happens is I will see this light
through my eyelids then I wake up right away, but there is nothing there.

I believe what happened to you is real.

Thank you for your reply.

Succubus, Throttler, Demon. In that order. The figure represented no gender characteristics and the picture you posted looks a LOT like the being except thinner and closer to the foot of my bed.

I've suffered from sleep paralysis many times.

I never knew what it was until I met someone who had the same experience - I had always felt to awkward about it to tell anybody.

I've never had any sexual experiences involved, however.

I would just wake up, paralyzed. Not being able to move...Only thing that would function were my eyes. I remember trying to scream, but nothing would happen. It's quite a scary experience.

The worst part about it, however... is that everytime this happens, I have a feeling that I'm not alone in the room. It feels as if someone is standing nearby watching me...but they always seem to be just out of my view (remember I can't turn my head).

It's one of the scariest things I've experienced, and it def seems REAL.

A lot of people claim to have a feeling of pressure or pain on their body or chest, but not me. I have any physical pain, or ANY physical feeling for that matter...

My childhood experiences with sleep paralysis, which DID NOT involve any visible entities were much like you describe. Very exhausting if you attempt to work your way through it. Of coarse when i was young working my way through it meant working up the courage to mumble wimper then speak then shout then yell for my mother frantically. She always came to my side and protected me.
Its a lot different when you face it on your own.
Thanks for sharing.

Sounds like some scary stuff. I had my own sleep paralysis experience back in June. Woke up and could move from the neck up, but was frozen in place from the neck down. Posted a thread about it back when it happened if you care to read about what I experienced. Fortunately it hasn't happened to me again. Your experience sounds quite a bit scarier than mine, but mine was scary enough I had trouble going to bed for a few weeks afterward because I was scared it would happen again. Very few things actually scare me, but one sleep paralysis episode and I never wanted to go to bed again so it couldn't happen anymore.

inter dimensional/multidimensional same difference.
What I am certain of is that it was visible to me WHILE AWAKE, again, NO i was not sleeping. Im serious when i say im a trained dreamer i can wake up go pee get a glass of water be conscious and aware and then return to bed and walk right back into the spot i was in my dream and chose to change it keep it the same or stay awake. I can even stay part awake and part in my dream for long periods of time. For instance i can tell what other people in my household are doing(making coffee, showering etc) while im also observing my dream world. I wake up remembering both the dream and the sounds and interaction of the waking world around me.

So you can see how i would call it a demon "because of what it looks like"???
What do demons look like? I just used the word demon because it best described its actions it took and my interaction with it.
As far as dimensions go, again i saw the being in the 3d waking world and i saw it disappear there for i can assume it might have shifted to another dimension. Its a logical conclusion, I believe.

I thought I already posted here, but it seems there has been several cases of this lately.

I believe everybody experiences sleep paralysis at least once in their life. You may have thought it was a Demon because if you were abducted by aliens - they are able to get inside your head and make you see/believe whatever they want. Often it is demons or angels to deter you from the truth.

I would only say "alien abduction" if you saw the demon/angelic. Otherwise there is a general phenomenon in which you wake up half paralyzed from sleep and half awake with your eyes. This happens to thousands daily and you need to try not to fight it because you will only hurt yourself. The best way to deal with it is close your eyes and try to go back to sleep. The result is usually waking up a minute later fully able. Struggling against this phenomenon could cause seizure, stroke, or worst.

As for the people believing it really is demons - if demons had the power to come to the planet Earth and terrorize you they would much rather do it while your awake then while you sleep.

I've had many experiences in Sleep Paralysis with Demons since waking up to Jesus and the Truth. When your in Sleep Paralysis, the reason why your body is paralyzed,is because there is a Demon sitting on top of you,a little imp demon, sometimes the "old hag" or "witch" or "succubus" will visit you in sleep paralysis,i've had visits from both, and seen both. One of the most frightening nightmares i've ever had involved this stankin bitch demon, then i woke up in sleep paralysis and saw her hovering above me.I've also heard whispers in Sleep Paralysis,Satan is known as the "Great Whisperer" in the Bible.

I've heard things like,"Go back to what you were doing",multiple voices though, but thats the one i remember the most, audibly.Check this out,it will help you understand Sleep Paralysis from GODS PERSPECTIVE,alot better.

So because someone used certain substances in the past, that means
they aren't credible?

If this were true then I'm sure at least half the members on ATS aren't credible
in your eyes.

Of course someone who has taken psychedelic/hallucinogenic drugs is going to be less credible as a witness, especially in regard to something as contentious and unbelievable as this.

Neither taking psychedelic drugs, nor claiming to be a 'trained dreamer' whatever that is, lends any weight on the OP claim to be able to definitively claim that this was not a hallucination.
