Hi All
Haven't seen anything yet.
While I was waiting I made comparison videos with the Canon in different modes. The sunny mode made everything blur into blobs of color when I
zoomed;
the night mode was strange, my practice target was a planet and if I zoomed in it caused a long colorful tail on the planet as it zoomed;
the fireworks mode was the best, it did not distort what I was seeing at all, but it was very faded compared to what I was seeing with my eyes;
still photos are less distorted and I'm going to keep my good ol' 35 mm camera with me also, and also the Canon does still shots as the video is
shooting, much clearer. Videos on these ufos are a sticky wicket, a narration of what the person is "actually" seeing vs. what the camera picked up
would be a good idea. I'm glad JKL described them for us!
I would also suggest maybe one or two zooms per video but imh amateur view if would be best to keep it on no zoom as much as possible to keep the blur
and tail effect from happening.
You're right, JKL, the more video cameras the better, the more cameras overall of any type the better, you're gonna have to have a party of people
and hand them all cameras to see what they can capture. I'm willing and i'll pay for the pizza and beer!
And I'll round up all my cameras and
bring them along.
Note: If ya'll don't like pizza I'll order from China Palace delivery or a big delivery from Artz Rib House, ya'lls choice.
