Aren't You People Mad?!?

We need to do something about the banks stealing our money and the government not doing anything to stop them, actually enabling them and giving them the means to do so. There are criminals in our government that need to be in prison and no one is doing anything about it. They passed one bailout bill without our consent, actually quite the opposite, we all were furious! But after that what did we do? Nothing, no retaliation, maybe a few protests and angry letters to our congressmen. What's to stop them from going further?

Here's a quote from Naomi Wolf's book The End of America that might help you understand what I'm trying to say to you:

Why?

Why indeed. These tax breaks and bailouts are obviously not going to help the economy and the middle class or even the companies they're given to, but the banks and government want to be able to steal our money and blatantly let us know that they're stealing our money and that there's nothing we can do to stop them.

This is just another way for them to break our spirits! Like detaining and torturing prisoners or surveilling citizens. Stifle dissent, make us think there's nothing we can do so that we will be docile and easily silenced as they take not only our money and freedom, but our dignity as Americans.

Write whatever you want in response, what do you think??

I am with ya. I thought when they were so blatant about the torture that someone was just turning up the heat on the stove. This bank thing is just another degree hotter. I think they are moving incrementally to see how far they go. Imagine if all the crimes against the American people that happend in the last 8 years, happend all in one day. We would have revolted. Now, we will just watch American Idol until they make their next move they we will do nothing to stop.

There is oversight. Why is everyone so upset?

but what, if anything can we do about it? Is it just wishful thinking to believe there actually is something we can do? Are we just supposed to sit by and watch? I feel like we're unwittingly helping them!

I asked the same question a little while back. I think it got two responses www.abovetopsecret.com... I think this shows how people feel. No body gives a (care) as long as it does not directly effect them. Even the so called freedom fighting militias don't have the (guts) to act on the trampling of our rights and that is what there whole organization supposedly stands for.

The gentleman in the above video might as well be talking to a wall because they just laugh at him later. They know that no one will act on anything they do and I mean anything! Really Really Sad!

OK this really isn't even about Obama, he's just another politician. He's gonna do the same thing any other politician would do.

This is happening NOW, and it's going to continue happening. So how would we go about stopping it if we so chose to do so? (being hypothetical Mods)

How would one go about forming a militia? Or going to speak in front of congress?

I think that we will see a fairly quiet response from America until nobody can go buy bread and balogna for a sandwich and a roll of toilet paper for afterwards. Unfortunately, by then it will be too late.

The problem lies with the media... It's controlled.

The day I choose to fight the NWO... I'll be going to the FOX NEWS HEAD QUARTERS.

Have you seen one Journalist step up to the plate and expose this for what it is?

Journalism has been destroyed, and as long as the media keeps the public in it's own little box... There is absolutley nothing we can do.

What's more effective? Protesting in front of the capital? Or how about infiltrating the media to communicate our own message?

My point is people protest in Washington all the time.

We need to protest against people that are selling Washington's lies to the public instead.

And First... We start with FOX NEWS.

Do you realize more Liberals watch FOX NEWS than Republicans do? Why is this you might wonder? Because their lies, spin, propaganda, and (nonsense) are so outrageous it captures viewers like me. What really freaks me out about this is how they are giving the institutions the money but not overseeing how it is being spent. It is insane.

Plus, it is money that does not exist. They are just printing money.

Heres the bottom line in my brutally honest opinion. I've been saying it on every "there taking our money thread": We as a country, as one big group, need to get real savoy, real quick. It has to be a massive, one voice protest that really gets their (TPB) attention. We have to stand up as one united voice and tell them that this BS is NOT GOING TO FLY ANY MORE.

But, since the majority of our countrymen are quite content to live their lives in their own happy little la la lands, ignoring their fellow man this goal will not be reached before its too late. SO....

All we can do is kick back and watch as our money goes right down the proverbial crapper. Pretty soon the US is going to lose our AAA status, and we will be forced to file bankrupcy, as a nation. Through no fault of the common man. We can thank the big guys up stairs for turning us into indentured servants for their money games. Who do you think is paying for these trillions that are getting pissed away as we speak??? Thats us guys, that falls on our shoulders. And what happens to the working man when the country goes bankrupt??? WE SWALLOW IT. They will stick the highest interest rates the can on american credit, and we will be paying half of our wages strait to the tax machine, and thats if we're lucky.

LETS FACE IT AMERICA..... WE ARE (screwed). Right up the backside with no astroglide. It's really gonna hurt.
