Attny Berg is constitutionally filing and asking for an emergency ruling to stop the Nov 4th election until Obama can prove once and for all that he is indeed a natural born American citizen and not an illegal alien. Looks as if the main streamers are going to have to start reporting the news on this one instead of ignoring it.

Now i'm not sure, and its been awhile since I have been to the state records here in Missouri, but I seem to recall birth certificates being public record for viewing. If that be the case, why hasn't anyone went to the state records in Hawaii and viewed it? I would think this the easiest way to prove it.

The Supreme Court has the right to selectively issue a writ of certiorari, so there is about a 100% chance of the Court ignoring this between now and election day by just not issuing a writ like it does for the majority of cases appealed.

A number of people have (both conservative and liberal.) I'm sure the archivists are flooded with these requests because it's available online. It's the same one that shows up on his website... and it has the same info as my own birth certificate does (Washington DC was my birthplace.)

Ho do we know his citizenship was even checked when he ran for senate?

We're talking about the US government. I doubt it would have been an issue unless someone brought it up.

I don't care about the hoopla over the citizenship, THIS is what I care about and it is frightening that no one else cares and are getting hung up in a non consequential detail as if he is a born citizen or not. (While I agree that the question of citizenship is important, more important is just how much is the man hiding? And WHY?)

This is why I can't, in good conscience, vote for Obama. It's not that I care about seeing his birth certificate or his grades in school, it is that he and his legal team have so actively sought to hide this information from the public.

If I was interviewing for a job and refused to provide this information, I'd never get the job! Why should running for the highest office in the land exempt him. (How the electoral college works aside) We are the people voting for POTUS. We, the people, are his boss, who the POTUS reports to. Why is it suddenly acceptable that we should elect (hire) a man who shrouds himself in mystery?

What would be the point? I think it would just anger people. I mean, if they voted him into office it’s because they WANT him in office. Then you turn around and tell the people that they can’t have the man they chose to be their leader…I can’t see that ending well.

Honestly, what’s the big deal? America is in trouble. Anyone with half a brain can see the mess Bush put the country in. You people need a change. Obama seems to be a good choice. Why get all caught up in this mess? You’re missing the big picture.

I wonder if this would be an issue if he were white?

Not the Long-Form, though. You can make a request for the Short-Form BC in Hawaii, but not the Long-Form.

So, basically, if you request to see his BC, you'll just get to see the one that is already posted online.

This sounds really funny and doesn't make any sense to me. I live in Washington DC area, there are lots of companies who undertake Govt projects. If I want to get a job in these companies I need to get Top secret security clearance. People even say that I will be monitored all my tenure If I am employed in those companies. If they take so much security measure for a normal person like me will they just let a non-citizen to run for presidency and let him serve the senate????? I wonder how?? Totally crazy!!!

He could have traveled abroad using a diplomatic passport or sth similar. It would be interesting to know what exactly are the requirements for one. With an embedded chip and other security features, the newer U.S. passports are much more secure than the previous ones. I've kept all my expired passports and it's clearly evident that the old ones could have been easily fabricated.

The reason she couldn't certify the document earlier was because she didn't have it yet. This whole trip to see grandma was cover for delivering a document that will stand up to carbon dating, heat mapping, and ink tests. In the Highly polished regime that is the O'Bama campaign, nothing happens by chance, it's all by design.

Because "O" couldn't risk losing the document through standard delivery methods, he hand delivered it when seeing grand ma ma. Make no mistake about it, where there's smoke, there's fire! And it is this kind of conspiracy that breathes life into this site.

All the State of Hawaii said was that it was genuine and original. They did not say that it proved he was a natural born citizen.

In a Honolulu news conference on October 22nd Martin disclosed that Frank Marshall Davis was the biological father of Barack Obama, not Barack Obama senior. The Obama campaign has not denied Martin's claim.
