As a man who grew up in the great state of Ohio, it sickens me to see such ignorance and hatred. Interestingly enough, I was surprised to see al jazeera in Ohio.

This election will have ramifications of epic proportions. History will dedicate a whole chapter to it, i am sure. Hopefully, for these twisted people, their ignorance will not be linked.

Enjoy if you must...

So over the top that I Expected to see that this video was produced by The Onion, not Al Jazeera.

While I'm sure that by far doesn't represent the majority of people in Ohio and AJ like any media might have its bias,

DEAR GOD there is no excuse for that kind of ignorance!

Below I have posted an email from my sister who lives in San Antonio,Texas. She wrote this in response to my email where I asked her to stop sending anti-Obama hate emails (chainletters). They were pretty much outright lies... In response she writes the following...

I am posting this to promote my belief, that a majority of the middle americans have bitten hook, line, and sinker the anti obama rhetoric.

I send it because I believe it conviction and fight. I am not happy with EITHER candidate. But I am scared to death to have Obama in the White House. He's gonna bring change alright, and we are gonna lose our rights in the process. I was gung ho for him in the beginning, actually up until about a month or so ago. I believe he is a undercover sleeper cell muslim that is gonna turn our nation into a socialist nation. You cannot explain away every radical person he is connected with. And I am a christian, homeschool mom, who wants freedom to choose what I do with my children, I do not want the government to decide for me. Our country is in a black hole with debt, and he wants to make THAT government bigger by spending more to "help" out the down and outer families in America. I am one of those "middle class", and I don't want any handouts from a government who can't even pay their own bills. That is just SOME of the reason's I do not want Obama.

This is exactly why, if Obama wins, he will need to be extremely cautious in his daily travels. This is not just ignorance, it is dangerous ignorance, the kind that festers and bands together with other like-minded ignorance until it reaches boiling point.

I am sure that the same is true for the opposite side in a lot of aspects that this video shows.

Both of these candidates are moronic, unconstitutional criminals.

im wondering, just speculating, flow with me for a second,

there are all this intense nutcasses, who would probably cheer if they heard he had been killed,

if he win do you think these people will just sit by silently and surpress all these hardcore angry feeling that have been drawn out of them. Now iv heard many ideas of an upcoming civil war, could it be the niave idot christian redneck retards vs. the rest of us?

either way these people make me embarrassed to be an american

funny that the polls don't reflect that majority.

I also doubt that the majority of Mccain supporters practice or condone this anti-Obama hate rhetoric.

If they are anti-Obama it is because they don't agree with his plans.

You can find hate emails like that from independents, dems, and reps alike going to both candidates.

"I believe he is either a sheep or a wolf in sheep's clothing."

Ahhh, the brains just ache at the sound of that much stupidty being allowed to speak in public.

Open your eyes mate, it only takes one person holding the gun or bomb to make a whole pile of s**t happen. What these ignorant people are indicating is that they are one step away from outright calling Obama a terrorist and declaring his execution. THAT is scary. Sure, others in the same party may disagree with them but like I said, it only takes one to start a chain reaction of events that lead to disaster.

Most mccain/palin supporters, if they are not extremely rich, are either:

Uniformed.
Armageddon enthusiasts.
Ignorant.
Stubborn.
Old.
Traditionalists (also under uniformed)

Show me intellectual videos from Mccain/palin rallies. I dare you.

Sorry bud, but you're comparing apples and oranges.

This type of ignorance is a direct result of the lies that politicians will directly or indirectly throw at one another. It is a sad but effective tool to create hate and prejudice against your opponent. While at its heart this type of attack can be based on solid evidence, it is usually twisted and misused to create the result you see on the video.

Great post.

This is also the result of people trying to talk about something they know nothing of.

I live in a rural area full of these idiots. It will be worse after the things McCain said in last night's debate. He never did back down off the accusation that Obama is a terrorist in a way that people of this low IQ level would catch, even IF the watched the debate. I hope the Secret Service are ready for it, cause ignorance, fear and hatred abounds.

I can hardly believe that this is happening. Insane.

edit - BTW I am an independant, so don't shoot me, neighbors.

So I guess nobody here has learned how the media is able to manipulate things?

I mean, it's no doubt those are some ignorant people. But it just goes to show how you can go to any event, highlight a few people of your choice as a way of painting everyone a certain way. I'm sure there was atleast 1 person who didn't act like that.

And not to mention the kinds of people who think the best way to do things is to join up with a side, then make the side look bad.

It's the same old song and dance. That is what you call propaganda. To not point it out, and to spread the video is to spread ignorance, not deny it.

And for the record, I think both candidates suck, won't vote for either of them. But I do somewhat hope Obama beats McCain. Just so we have a chance of getting an actual small government conservative in the next race.

Amazing, Just goes to show people will believe whatever they are told, without searching for the actual facts. What a bunch of degenerates! No offence to anyone in Ohio unless of course you have the same mindset of these people.

To the person who posted his sisters reply. Er your rights are already pretty much gone Obama cant do much worse with them really!

My god the Human race is one f*cked up species!
