As federal agency declares 'new phenomenon' downed WTC 7, activists cry foul

rawstory.com

According to a federal agency report released Thursday, a "new phenomenon" known as thermal expansion was directly responsible for the mysterious collapse of World Trade Center 7 on Sept. 11, 2001.

This thread is regarding the "truther" response to the NIST report. Apparently Richard Gage and co. will be holding a press conference soon. At first glance this report looks weak to me I look forward to the "experts" opinions. NIST considered explosives but not thermite or thermate. Which does not make explosive noise when ignited.

"However, Richard Gage, founder of Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth and a member of the American Institute of Architects, doesn't believe a word of the theory.

His group, which has swelled to over 400 architectural and engineering professionals, immediately responded to the Institute's claim in a press conference.

"Tons of [molten metal] was found 21 days after the attack," said Gage in an interview with a Vancouver, Canada television station. "Steel doesn't begin to melt until 2,700 degrees, which is much hotter than what these fires could have caused."

"There are holes in this story that you can drive a truck through," Gage added during the press conference. His group asserts that thermite, a steel cutting agent, was used to bring the building down."

if this is the case what of other hotter fires , especially in that mall 6 months later which didn`t have the same effect as thermal expansion

It sort of baffles the mind how these official explanations seem to be getting less believable with each new attempt.

Does thermal expansion also explain the angle at which the steel beems were cut in the basement of WT7?

Does it offer ample explanation for the dozens of city workers and fire fighters who not only heard and saw the blast from underneath the buildings, but some were actually thrown into the air by the shock waves?

Building 7 wasnt even hit by a plane, how can thermal expansion take place inside of a building where there is no accelerant or fuel?

It didn't get it by plane, but it sure as hell got hit by debris from the Towers.

Sadly, while people awaited this report, in particular those professing good faith for the government's treatment of the case, it comes as no surprise to me that their finding was on par with the 9/11 commission report.

The new thermal expansion phenomenon is perfect for their scenario, and thus should have been expected. Since day one, mere minutes after the media began its relentless repetitive coverage, we see a 'bystander' reporting the on the effect of the intense fires at the world trade center, establishing the meme that would constitute the NIST 'official' 'expert' finding seven years later.

How can this report claim no sounds of explosions were herd?

Get real, Blackops719. Thermal expansion does all of that and more. A "federal agency" said so.

"Keep your eye on that building. It's coming down".

So I take it this officer was in the know about the building coming down prior to the "charges" going off?

How else would he know that explosion was tied to WW7 and that it would soon crumble?

If I recall.. I thought the official report said yes charges were used because the building was not structurally sound, hence the demolition.

Does it do this too?

I'm trying to wrap my brain around this thermal expansion thing. Sounds official

Here's the deal Mr. Scientist, we need you to come to your best conclusion as to why that building fell. Here's a list of possibilities we have already ruled out, because these just can't be true.

Here's another article: MSNBC

Ladies and gentlemen, here we have another, yes, another FIRST TIME anomoly on that terible day. How many more things can we be expected to believe?

1. A plane brings down a huge skyscraper built to withstand an impact from a comercial jet.

2. A second plane brings down a huge skyscraper built to withstand an impact from a comercial jet.

3. A plane crashes into a field and leaves almost no trace of it's existance.

4. A plane crashes into the pentagon, folds up it's wings and tail section, never touches the ground but hits on target 8 feet above ground and punches 5 to 6 perfectly round holes (not big enough to fit a plane into) through concentric concrete-steel reinforced walls.

5. Now a building falls in controled demolition fashon (tell me it didn't an I will call you a liar to your face) and the reason is it caught fire and had some debris hit one side.

What is next? Bigfoot was the mastermind behind this whole thing. He was the puppet master and Bin Laden was just a patsy?
I am sorry but my bullsh!t box it over full. You will have to deliver a new in box before any mor NIST reports can be released.

The new phenomenon does everything, man. It produces byproducts of thermite, slices treated steel in 45 degree angles, and causes buildings owned by the same owner, packed full of government agencies to fall in it's own footprint for no apparent reason. Why don't you listen? I feel like I'm not getting through to you.

You gotta be f**king kidding me.

"We can't tell 'em the truth, and they don't believe our lies, so lets make some new laws of physics."

So, we should be able to reproduce this new phenomena in a laboratory environment right?

They've answered absolutely zero questions with this response. They've only succeeded in insulting our intelligence, to a greater extent.

Y'know, why the hell didn't they just come out and say:

"Al-Qaida operatives held captive the families of the countries foremost building demolition specialists, provided them with fake credentials and security passes, and had them wire the buildings for demolition in the days prior to September 11th."

While it sounds like a Tom Clancy novel, it's more plausible than "the building got too hot".

There wasn't even that much fire you tools!

Heh.

*POOF!* An explanation pulled from thin air! Yay! We can put THIS baby to bed!

[sigh]

Yep, they get more and more unbelievable. Struggling for seven years to explain #7 and (insert triumphant music here) Ta DA! Out this comes.

Wonder what will be next when this is shown to be the creppola it is.

You forgot to mention that the new phenomenon also disintegrates all FTC evidence related to the Enron scandal, converting it into molten plasma while simultaneously projecting the illusion of explosions throughout the building.
