I was abducted by aliens.

He registered TODAY and has a story of abduction and solid proof.

.....as I walk away shaking my head. If some pics do show up on here, how do we know if he isn't the maker.

why do all the posters on ATS who claim to be abducted by aliens and have evidence that could be photographed and posted, not know how to work a simple image uploading site?

1. capable of opening a web browser+searching google for ufo related+registering to a forum+posting in a forum

2. capable of uploading from cell phone/digicam to PC (might require optional cable) + managing e.g. windows explorer(=more exp with PC than just internet) + uploading to internet and sharing the address

I think the majority of people who uses internet are capable to 1, but there are people using internet daily, but don't know how to manage the 2. This topic comes from an internet user, not from a regular ATS user. Among ATS users the odds may be in favor of 2,but not among the regular internet users.


We have seen here on ATS, that getting a picture from a computer to the internet seems to be a hard enough task. ATS could ease up this one by having a simple and clear file attachment possibility when posting messages.. seem to be possible to do it on many forums, why not here ?

keep this to yourself for now. take your artifact to someone whom you trust. have it translated. a word of advice, something that strangely fell into my lap a few days ago, look up The Emerald Tablets of Thoth, the Atlantean. Takes some time to read, but i highly suggest it. it will seem out there, but i'm sure after what you've experienced, you'll understand. i think that i am onto something big here. i think i was led here. i think i was meant to find all of this, and look into it, and it kind of scares me. how is your stomach?

How odd........ I had the same experience, the same day and at the same time. I looked over and saw another "Human Being" I suppose that was you?!

Whats really strange is instead of giving me a metal book, they gave me some sort of electronic device that resembles a scanner..........hmmmm wonder why these little 4 foot beings would do such a thing? Maybe we were destined to meet some how.........

Anyways, maybe ya'll should have overtaken the little 4 foot guys, and taken everything...on your next abduction, take a pocket knife, take the spaceship, and swing by. I'll take pictures....and post them!

Exactly dude! Calll me crazy but I have the sneaking suspicion that this guy is full of crap. I mean, how long does it take to scan a few images and post them. I was really hoping when I joined ATS that I could get away from this sort of thing, at least somewhat. Like I said before we should wait for the evidence, but somehow I dont think its going to come.
I AM OFFICIALLY CALLING B.S. ON THIS GUY. I think maybe he stumbled on to this site and decided to play with us. Sounds like a teeny bopper looking for some attention as he takes a break from Warcraft and eating Pop-Tarts.............. . Has this guy posted anything new? Oh, and why wouldnt they give me the damn book.......I bet my homebrew is far superior.........

I was thinking the same thing, but it's awfully easy enough to do useing an image hosting site. Though it would be a VERY nice feature.

Perhaps I came across a bit harsh, and should look back to the first 2 weeks I owned a computer that I didn't know how to upload an image to photobucket, then post the link to the image in a forum post. I can see how this process is too technical for people

I mean think he had to go through process of googling UFO forums to find ATS, then go through the same process makeing an ATS account that you do to make an account at photobucket. After that's it's pretty much self explanitory. I can't see how someone can do the first two, but not the last step, it's really not that hard. Heck he could even google instructions on how to upload and link images.

He's in the breeze, his OP was in the very early hours 3:30 A.M., saying he got abducted the night before at 11:30. So withing 4 hours he was abducted, operated on, came to, googled ATS, signed up an account, and posted his tale.

But now he has had all morning day and evening to get a picture up and hasn't. I'll check back because although i remain skeptical, there is part of me that has an open mind, but really, this one I have VERY, VERY, little hope for.

The food was alright. I felt like the guy on TV, who travels to countries and samples every animal and bug he finds.

And to whom said they would take pictures of the space ship next time. Sounds good to me, when im abducted next, ill use thier highly sophisticated GPS, zoom by yur house and land in yur drive way, just long enough so you can snap a few pictures and post them.

These threads where the OP comes with absurd proof of extreme scenarios/tales and then "disappear" while in fact he must be laughing of everyone's wasting precious time reading BS and realizing how easy is to manipulate a large ammount of people here to believe and follow any BS lunatic history, has to END or be better dealt with. For a long time now it's been the new standard on ATS, the new Hype.

The guide for the ultimate "have a laugh @ ATS"

1> create an amazing tale, and make sure to get maximum support from people in the first post and not raise any suspicion and then lastly, promisse some undeniable truth the size of mount Everest and make the e-sheeple go crazy with it.

2> now it's time to be a buddy and chat with your sheeple friends and make excuses like you're not used to such fancy machines called computers, don't know the way to transfer/record the supposed "proof" from the source to the computer, and then from the computer to the web or have no idea what are these so called image hosting websites, altough you have suceeded in finding/registering on the most alternative news forum in web history mysteriously quick for someone with such basic difficulties. But anyway, ask the sheeple for help with the problem at hand, that will stall the thread a bit and make it go much more longer and lure more sheeple in and get more points, ta-da!

3> keep nice and quiet and on the flow on following posts to not raise any suspicion, and give the idea that the moment of "proof" is closer at each following post.

4> finally when all you could've done to stall the thread and lure the most of ATS into it, RUN! don't loose any more precious time, go into the kitchen, make some popcorn, sit back on the sofa and prepare yourself, put your favorite cd/mp3 and go about, you just wrote the next holywood major hit piece and everyone's buying into it!


ok, seriously, we need news rules here on ATS to deal with this current trend of cra*, i mean, "threads" or maybe we need patrolling BOTS with artificial intelligence with BS detection algorithms operating as mods!

Chill dude no need for all caps,its clearly a fake, aliens wouldn't abduct someone stupid enough to ask if he should contact the authority's over an alien artifact. don't get all excited any numb skull can make a story up with wild clams, we must see proof.

It's barely been 8 hours since the OP's original post. Good grief people, give the OP some breathing room. If he's being genuine, he'll provide pics, and if not, he'll get warned/banned. The amount of overreaction in this thread is astounding, although not too surprising.
