Well thank you for agreeing but do not misinterpret my intent. My intent is not to expose any particular person, but merely to argue that 404 ing in general should not be allowed in ATS, since it may or may not violate the purpose of ATS. As previously stated, there are less detrimental ways to censor, albeit more time consuming.

Your warning sticker and abusive u2us are two separate issues. If you need some clarification on this, u2u me.

If people are continuing to receive abusive u2us, they need to be forwarded to the staff. Without them, nothing can be looked into.

Actually they are not. They are very related and that is why I thought talking to the mod that issued the warning might yield a conversation. I am afraid you are not up to date on the entire story.

That is not the point. The point is that it was happening all night and carried through till this morning and the member is still a member with no big red stickers of his own. The complaints started going out last night about him doing it yet this morning I got more. Checking his profile for a warning or a banning and all I see is him using his profile to continue the thread ATS mods say was closed because it was dangerous.

The most imnportant part here is... A thread was closed... The OP was in serious trouble.. We were a stones throw away from proving with out any dispute that he was a Information agent of some sort... Not some crap that people often spew on here.. Im talking badge/leo websites with his profile stating his position as a special unit leader/ specializing in information... Dont let this die mods... I normally dont think things here are that important... this truely is..
Discuss this amongst yourselves... How do we continue this??? There must be a way.

To the site owners... When this site was in its infancy... This would have been a diamond find... dont let the pure size of this site, take you away from the reasons you started this site!!!!

Those things together are what struck me. Claiming to be able to trace any email in minutes and then having the profile of a government agent hmmmm.

Talking about fighting off demons and going to the home of the emailer on top of that? This person is a member? I guess better to leave this alone and let it die. Otherwise they just get banned and sign up again tomorrow but maybe that "gold member" status is hard to buy all over again.

Guys, obviously the topic of a government agent on ATS lying about who they are to sell books, stalking emailers to their homes, and emailing member en masse after being banned and then let back on as a member is kind of an interesting topic. ATS ignoring it is that much more interesting. The fact is that just because you have not seen the horse does not mean it is dead. The thread may be closed but obviously the topic, the subject, the person themself, the puzzles around it, the story, the lies are all still pretty active.

P.S. Any"more" responses would imply ATS has actually addressed this already.

I guess as long as the fact that the thread in question exposed SEVERAL violations of the terms of ATS committed by a long time member lead to nothing but ATS sweeping that all away and the member remaining a member while I still have a warning for reading the rules how they are actually written as well as checking with a mod on terminology first this horse still seems pretty kickable.

Nope. ATS is not interested in this. For whatever reasons, confusion, obfuscation, and outright rudeness is all ATS has to offer in light of this incident. I agree with you that there was a lot going on there but the only people hiding anything at this point are the staff at ATS. The poster is still here sending out U2Us and has continued on his profile so it seems to me that they are doing with this what they want to and that is not let this be discussed.

Yeah! this is the most interesting fact and information about this case.

With the rest of the information which points to the Internet Surveillance parts as to the old Information Awareness Office (IAO) Total Information Awareness Program (TIA) and the Cyber Command (CYBERCOM)

Therefore it's very interesting when someone who possibly could be involved in the same "Internet surveillance program" is saying that he managed to get that girl's home adress and GPS in ten minutes from one e-mail, and then managed to trace her down to her house.

That's one act and statement which made me really suspicious about all of this!

In combination with the other information, that is!

Come on, it is a dead horse. Nothing to see here.

It is just a member who addmitted to tracing an email, going to that person's home as well as being arrested for trespassing by 6 large cops because he was so intimidating while trespassing to fight demons.

To me, the idea of a poster who goes to people's homes based on email as well as admits trespassing and sounds irrationaly violent is something to discuss. Especially if said person remains a member.

Add all of that to the fact that the mods claim they had to close that thread because it became dangerous to outside groups in the real world because of the disclosure of identifying information. Before it was closed, many posters pointed out that all while repeating "I will not give out anything to give it away" the only person giving out any identifying information was the OP and he gave out so much that I hear the church heard from some of the OP's angry fans.

Tracing and physically surveying an emailer.
A thread designed (successfully) to allow harassment of a private church. (While or while not shilling a book)
The mods found it dangerous and did away with it.

He is still a member and we need to get over it.

So glad you pointed that out because I know exactly what poster he is talking about which means...

Either we have uncovered a dangerous crazy person or he uncovered Satan and I know what poster it is!

Either way I think we have a conspiracy worthy of a new thread. Not that I would say what I know unless the mods believe he actually uncovered Satan then we should pursue that.
