I have also felt that I've been needing guidance a lot more then normal. I've even started to interpret my dreams a little bit more as I feel it is necessary. I think all of you could/should do the same. www.sleeps.com...

If any of you have heard of Tom Brown Jr. I would suggest buying his book called Awakening Spirits. Do a little google on him. I have about 7 of his books, but this one seems to anwser a lot of my questions.

Perhaps those of us who see the good in people are sensing whatever this is going on. Im not sure. Lately though my sense of smell has increased 10 fold. I cannot sleep in thick comforters anymore due to the intense smell of any detergent. I have no idea but i've been sneezing every 5 minutes or so today and its really discouraging me.

I hope you find what you are looking for Cosmic, Ace and JK. Im sure you will it is a matter of patience. But Do Not Forget Cosmic, Guides are very important for any journey. You should seek their help, and they come to you in your dreams if you are ready.

My experience with tall greys

Reading some of the experiences felt like sharing mine.

My mom told me that she once saw a UFO in the 70s over a volcano in central america. My grandfather`s employees at his ranch told stories about seeing humanoids, giants, ghostly figures at night always preceded strange lights in the sky, my grandfather and my dad used to pay no attention at their stories, but I know for a fact that my grandad saw strange things and was never too keen to talk about it.

When I was seven or eight one night as I was in bed I began to see some strange lights coming from the stairway. When I was in bed with my door opened my room faced the end of the stairway that came from the lower floor. At first it was a very dim light but the light became increasingly brighter, that is when I saw what seemed to be two gigantic figures coming up the stairs, they must have been at least 6-7 feet tall, (judging from the size of a chandelier that hung from the ceiling and was next to them) they were like the grays, but much more elongated, they looked like the one in Whitley Strieber`s book Communion book cover picture (obviously at the time I did not know who was Strieber or much about Aliens). I became paralized as I knew they were coming for me (I don`t know why I knew they were coming for me, they did not speak, and they were at least 25 feet away when I first saw their heads coming up the stairs), all I could do was scream and so I did, I screamed as loud as I could, but they were getting closer, my mom was in bed in her room that was next to mine, she came to see what was going on but when she got into my room she did not look behind, so she never saw them, as soon as "they" saw her they both disspeared.

Ever since that happened I have had a very special interest in UFOs, aliens and everything in between, I`m 30 now. And although I never saw these two again I have had a couple more of strange experiences but never quite strange as this one.

Riotact: That's an interesting post. It all makes sense to me except one part. Can you go into more about being messed with? In that sentence you used 'guides' and 'messing' and that's where I lost you as I feel those are two very different things.

Obviously I relate to light heavily. The fifth dimension is the dimension of light and it is my understanding that everything solely exists as light there. During the ascension process, everything gets lighter. So us leaving our shells (our bodies) and going to the fourth dimension, we will become lighter as the dimension is an infinite vibrational spectrum. Ascending from the fourth to the fifth, we become even more light going from a vibrational composition to a compostion of light. I believe our existence in the fifth will be a very lengthy one before we move to the sixth and I gotta tell you, from spending much time there in meditation, we could not be more fortunate.

Cosmicstorm: Your story is almost the exact same as my account, minus the swollen lips. I will say that mine started as rash but soon become open sores and lesions. At one point, I got in the shower at 4 in the morning to ease the pain and I ended up going into a hysterical itching and yelling tantrum where I felt I was becoming 100% psychotic. It felt like there were millions of fire ants inside my body and trying to eat their way out. Absolutely crazy. Same thing with the doctors for me too but I finally found my cure. Olive leaf extract. I'm down to three or four tiny spots left in total.

I've had the ringing in the ears my whole life. Does anyone have any thoeries on what that is?

Jkrog: I cannot specifically comment on who is placing these chakras within us. I'm of the opinion that it's our cosmic brothers and sisters watching over us. There is some good stuff on the net, you might want to check some things out and form your opinion of the answer to that question.

About 3 weeks ago I was driving and all of a sudden, it felt like someone took a drill and put it near my tailbone and starting screwing something in. Crazy thing was that what was being screwed in felt of a vibratory nature. That part of my lower back was sore for the next couple days.

Overall on the whole, my body has been sore more often than I can ever remember. The soreness comes in different spots but my neck has held the primary amount. I have no other explanation of the soreness as my workout/physical activity life has not changed.

Camilo: That's pretty wild. It sounds like you encountered Nordics. They are another lifeform that are 7-8 feet tall and have other similar characteristics to grays. If you typed in Nordics in the search function, I'd imagine you'd find several threads about them.

What I meant by messing with me is that a few times while getting the vibrations before OBE, something tried choking me or holding me down. Other times I've had it or maybe something else guide me while I was out of my body.I also wanted to mention that there once one experience with OBe that I looked at my hands and they appeared to be made of light...kind of white and light blue.

I just wanted to say that you aren't alone in this aspect either. Ever since I was about 11 or 12 years old I began to experience powerful, overwhelming "fits" of empathy for lack of a better term. Sometimes I'd be watching the news and see someone crying and just burst uncontrollably into tears. Other times I'd just be completely drowning in a sea of what felt like other people's emotions. Over time it became more frequent until I felt it all the time, but as that happened I also learned to sort of filter it so that I wasn't just overwhelmed constantly. I think empathy is a very good thing (in my opinion at least) because it's a tangible means of feeling our connection to one another and to everything. It's just really tough sometimes because there is a great deal of suffering at any given time. I'm to the point now where I can sort of turn it on and off, but I still set aside time regularly to just let myself feel it, because I never want to lose that sense of connection and shared interest with everyone.

I can also relate to this feeling of "love" for all things. I've had it for as long as I remember, but only in the last 6 or so years, its really came into fruition. Everything would be normal, and then all of a sudden I would just get hit with the feeling of empathy and pure emotion for everyone and everything. A deep connection to all that is and all that will be. A feeling so strong its almost painful. The only way I've been able to describe it to anyone, is to say its like being in love with the world.

Again, I will have to give props to cosmicstorm for having the courage to start this thread. It has brought a sense of connection I've long thought lost.

Like others that have stated recently about having random images before falling asleep, I've experienced this as well. Its kinda like a movie reel that plays in your head where your half realizing whats going on and half dozing off. Very rarely am I able to make myself "Wake up" so to speak to write down what I remember. From what I've managed to write down, a lot of it are just words or phrases that make sense when I write them down, but when I look at it in the morning, I'm totally clueless. Most of what I've written contains two things: DNA, and some kind of ability.

Perhaps as a small experiment, you guys can try putting a pad near your bed too and see if you can write what you've seen. Then maybe we can all collaborate on what we've written.

Not trying to be probing or repetitive but trying to understand what happens as similar things have happened to me. So before OOBE, you always vibrate but sometimes the vibrations are different (i.e. the choking)? And once OOBE starts then sometimes you are guided and sometimes not? Reason I bring it up is the during the experience I posted, the vibrations started to hold my body in place. It wasn't harmful but they were so strong that within a minute of feeling them, my body was completely locked up. When I left, my hands were made of the vibrational spectrum.

Also how ofte do you have these and can you induce them yourself or are they simply naturally occuring?

I have never induced these...this has been going on for about 18 years and I've only been able to leave my body within the last year or so. I was afraid of it. What happens is I get the vibration paralysis and then I actually have been choked...I couldn't breath well but was not in danger, I new what was happenind and I knew it was not "physically" happening. This does not happen every time but it seems like the more often I do this the more strange the experiences become...but none of it is scary any more.

Dont want to sound crazy... oops too late

I've had many dreams of me attempting to fly. In the dream sense (as I was trying to get yall to understand about interpretations) Dreams are symbolic as humans do not thing in a literal sense but in symbols... Anyways. What I gathered from it is that Humans are capable of such things as communication over huge distances without radios and such.. all mental. The flying dream told me that we as humans are capable of achieving the undoable... (in our own current way of thinking). There is something in our DNA that hasn't been released... I wish it was physical. It would be cool to fly. The other occuring dream is the ability to breath under the water by telling your mind to seperate the oxygen from the hydrogen... in some complex way. Im not sure as to what it all means but I do know the dream is saying we are capable of more then what we see on the surface. I hope this next 4 years are as revealing as I think they will be. I dont believe in the end of the world until its appropriate time... BUT I do believe that we can destroy it if humans become as ignorant as some... I also believe that what people call the end is the beginning of the new. This is Earth School anyways. Whats next?

What kind of activity?

well, UFO...

but mainly...

I had kept kind of a 'journal' or 'diary' over the past several months (from Oct 07 to May 08), and I was noticing a trend, up until this month. Only a few times a month, I'd have experiences, or indicators. This week has been... well, hectic?Friday night, Saturday night, Monday night...god knows if its going to continue.

Wow...what a thread its took me ages to read through all the posts (time well spent)!

I feel I can relate to so many peoples expiriences on here, from sleep paralysis to OBE's, it would take so long for me to list them all so I'll go into a two of my most memorable.

My first is an OBE. It happened when I was 6yrs old and was the result of a near death expierience, I got hit by some idiot riding a big motor bike, I dont have memory of what happened 30 mins before and after the accident, what I do remember though is seeing myself lying on the grass by the side of the road with my freinds all crowding round me, it was like I was a passer by standing staring at what was going on, I dont even know how long it lasted the next thing I remember is waking up in the ambulance. Afterwards since I was so young I had no idea what to make of this it was only after I read up about it many years later that I realized it was an OBE, I can still remember this today although it has faded over time.

My second is a dream, I say "dream" it was the most vivid dream I've ever had, this happened about 4-5 years ago, I was standing outside of the house I used to live in with some freinds, next thing I know everyone is looking up at the sky so after a few seconds I do to, there was a huge starship in the sky and I mean huge, there was a depth to it unlike anything I've ever seen, It was so detailed I couldnt believe my brain could make such an image, there was a bluish haze over it like when you see things which are way wayyyy in the distance at the same time it seemed to stretch across the entire sky, after noticing the ship I realized my freinds were gone and I was alone, I remember smiling and thinking, wow so this is it then...where not alone.

I woke up after that with a smile on my face thinking damn...was that really only a dream???

I've never had a dream like it and definetly not one I can remember so well.

EDIT: I noticed people posting birthdays a few pages back, mine is on the 31st October...Halloween!

FRED3110.... ive had lots of those dreams where im seeing ufo's, and in every one of them i have a massive feeling of absolute awe...

CHIIRU.... ive definitely noticed something this last month or two, but i dont know what is making me think that (as usual!)

Its amazing to know so many other people have these sorts of expiriences, its like where all thinking on the same wavelength.

The truth is but one beautiful and powerful wavelength

The lies of the world are all scattered amongst the light hiding around it trying to become one with the light... but they can never be as pure as that. So if we are all on the same wavelength its because we all see and believe the truth. Or atleast we have discovered large parts of the truth.

There is this woman I've been reading for about a year now. She speaks of the energies of the planet, what's going on with it's inhabitants, how they're feeling, and the ascension process. She's not always spot on but more often than not, she resonates with myself and other readers that I know. Check her out, she's awesome.
