Some unknown person named Simon. An unnamed friend providing information. Holes to the fourth dimension that move around.

Thank you
I was having a bad day and I needed a smile.

Do you suppose their are now people on Google Earth looking for white holes
God, I hope so.

Well if it was my theory I would only be to happy to post some more evidence.

However I am only the one who posted it and would have to refer you to the author, the links are in the OP.

I hope this helps.

VERY plausible explanation. I have been on edge for 3 yrs here in N. America. Bad things, to happen, and I keep dreaming of tsunamis.

Don't say that! I'm sitting in a chair in Anchorage a few yards above sea level. Now I'll be having dreams.

This is the first time I've heard of a 4th dimension associated with Mr.Fossetts disappearance. Interesting, to say the least. Of course I've not delved much into the conspiracy site regarding him, thus my surprise.

My question; why would a man of his reknown let it be known to so many people about a possible dimensional gate? He had to know his every move was under scrutinity and recorded, especially as he announced he'd discovered something as important as this.

What could he have been thinking, in light of our governments "secret" behaviours and classified activities

I just don't know what to think about the whole scenario.

Anyways, blue skies Mr.Fossett.

I have to wonder what he was up to in the months leading up to this flight.Surely friends or relatives could fill in the gaps. There must have been some reason for him to investigate this area, how did he come up with the idea of a "stargate" or "portal"in this area?

Were any ATS members involved in the 'Google search' for him?

The search for Mr Fossett or his downed plane covers 44,000 sq km (17,000 square miles) of Nevada's wilderness as well as parts of California.

In a bid to help searchers focus their efforts, Google released up-to-date images of Nevada for the search giant's Google Earth software.

Following the release of the images, Amazon created a collaborative search scheme run via its Mechanical Turk system.

The Mechanical Turk pays people to perform tasks that computers would struggle to complete, such as translating text or evaluating images.

Anyone taking part in the Mechanical Turk scheme downloads the updated images and an associated program that shows them recent images that they can flag if any appear to be candidates for a crash site.

They even go on to say:

The creators of the search scheme said Mr Fossett's plane would appear as an object about "21 pixels long and 30 pixels in wingspan".

news.bbc.co.uk...

So I wonder what size the dimension gate would be (assuming there is one in the Nevada desert!)

One thing though,

The search in Nevada by the Civil Air Patrol and many private pilots has discovered six previously unknown wrecks - some of which were decades old.

Wow....that's some interesting info.

Many other downed aircraft in this same area. I wonder what the stats on numerous (wrecked) planes being discovered in such a localized area.

The implications.

I for one absolutely understand how important a find like this could be for Steve. I would like to have an honest sit down with his wife.
I wonder if he told her to go ahead and just declare him dead after a certain period of time? I feel so sorry for the ones he left behind.
Also it is really wonderful to see any threads about this most mysterious disappearance of this most incredible and brave Man.

I posted in the ATS UFO Forum a few weeks after Mr. Fossett's mysterious
disappearance that he likely found a way to explore other worlds with the
help of visitors from afar. Remember that movie where planes and their
pilots were taken into space and returned to Earth 40 years later without
aging? (First Encounters or something like that)

My belief is that Steve had accomplished so many milestones that he was
looking for an ultimate challenge of some type. Entering another
dimension, or learning how to contact non-human intelligent life would
seem like a logical step forward for someone with Steve's immense drive
and intelligence.

Perhaps he'll decide to come back when the people of Earth are ready to
expand their horizons and accept new realities. In the meantime, I hope
Mr. Fossett is experiencing wonders of the universe.. having a grand old
time! -CWM

Great story. ATS at its best.

Too bad John Lear is not around. I would love to hear his opinion on this as he is a pilot as well and probably knew Mr. Fossett personally.

I have an aquaintance that was close personal freinds with Mr. Fosset, he helped in the search for him.

4th dimension PLEASE, a beef with Sir Richard Branson? and he did something to him Oh COME ON

HIS PLANE CRASHED, and they just havent found him yet.

1) Mr Fosset was scouting "dry" lake beds for an upcoming world land speed record attempt.

2) The plane he was flying was a small single engine stunt plane, I was told it had an 80 mile fight radius. It was not the best plane to be "exploring"in, not well suited to landing on rough terrain.

3) Even though a lake bed might look "dry", it could be feet deep in mud or dry silt , and if you tried to land a plane like he was flying on such a surface it would certainly crash, and subsequently be buried by said silt and or mud.

That is the theory that my aqaintance holds, is that Mr Fosset attemted to land on a dry lake bed, and the plane crashed and flipped and was covered by mud or silt.

It is one of the most remote areas in the US, I have spent many days riding my motorcycle in the area, there are plenty of places a plane could be and not be found.

Extra dimensions, just like a singularity, are just a mathematical concept and have no basis in reality folks.

San Francisco Chronicle :

The search for Fossett across a 17,000-square-mile swath of the Sierra Nevada has revealed the wreckage of eight other small planes that had never, until now, been discovered.
And each of those crash sites holds clues to the fates of other fliers who went missing in what is starting to look like the Bermuda Triangle of the western United States.

This was a great story at the very beginning - thanks for the fun post OP.
It was like one of those fantasy movies you watched when you were a kid. The follow up story just spoiled the fantasy.

Mr. Fossett is the perfect subject for a story like this as he is indeed a tip top twenty first century explorer.

Problem is Simon should have quit and left the rest to our imaginations before he spoiled it by bringing Steve's wife & friends into the mix. That's where he lost me for good, just made it too much to believe. Another dimension was a huge reach to begin with, why screw it up - with ghosts and crap.

Of course there is the possibility that he was seen by his wife after his death - that does happen quite often - whether or not it's something we create in our minds or some part of them actually visits, I don't know. Had he not added the 4th dimension story with the common death visit ghost story it would have been better.

I would expect he had some sort of life insurance & if a story like this was just partially true there would surly be a big investigation which his wife would certainly be a part of.

Havalon - Thanks for all the great info as well. If I was a little closer to the area I would certainly do a little exploring as I like to hike, mountain bike, & ride a dirt bike in similar areas.

I'm certain his plane & his remains will be found eventually - even if his plane ended up buried as some have suggested.

Great post nonetheless - that's one of the reasons I come here. Just to have that little moment joy - even if it only last a fraction of a second - thanks.

A plane, with a flying range / radius of 80 miles- and all the searchers that have looked for him, including our military, it doesn't add up- what became of his EPIRB? Surely he had one.

I wonder if that explosion back at the space ship one testing facility is involved. Branson and Rutan are teamed up with Virgin Galatic. hmmmmm.....

i was at BurningMan this year which takes place on Black Rock Playa, one of the main areas of the search, and i cannot even begin to list the number of incredible things that happened out there, including dozens of UFO encounters and even encounters of the '3rd Kind'. but even more amazing were the tangible syncronicities, esp, and telepathy...there was even a lunar eclipse out there that is still blowing my mind. if you ask me, these are some of the components of the coming '4th dimensions consciousness' people speak of.

i must also admit there is a strong military presence out there and the playa was regularly buzzed by big white fighter planes and even green speckled migs. as well, president Bush was in Reno the night of the lunar eclipse.

the second we heard about Fosset we thought: a.) he went through the 'gateway' that is opened out there, b.) the 'aliens' got him, c.) he saw something he should not see.

these were my intuitive thoughts after being out there for 3 weeks.

if the 4th Dimension world is coming, and if i experienced just a sliver of what it is like, PEOPLE YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW CRAZY THINGS ARE GONNA GET IN THIS WORLD! Rethink all your expectations/fear/hopes because the 4th dimension is spooky as a moonless night and like a dream-mushroom trip, where anything is possible.....
