Well, conventional wisdom aside - one can sometimes find such acts virtuous if one wanted.

It's just a shame there are so few causes worth fighting for, and tbh i saw something i considered to be worth defending.

i.e; an Directly-oppositional viewpoint.

You could say that i like the idea of supporting people who have ideas to the contrary of the majority, and that perhaps it would be worth listening to such people.

The fact that Temeluchus has failed to comment since i provided such support makes me think that perhaps he didn't mean what he said.

i was actually going to say just that in my last post..but left it out. There is nothing wrong with defending the minority, for they usually the ones in the right.

For me, it doesn't matter whether or not they are right.

Something just strikes me as dangerously weird if everyone is sitting around agreeing with one another.

edit; It's even worse when they're just sitting around agreeing with each other and not using the established fact to imagine other avenues of thought.

For me, doing such a thing is tantamount to being even more ignorant than having never tried to understand the facts in the first place.

You could spend an entire lifetime trying to understand the true meaning of Chaos, as in it's very nature it beguiles and leads you astray.

It's difficult to understand something that no one in their right minds would even consider applying structured thought to.

It's just a label people give something they don't understand - it's got nothing to do with psychic powers whatsoever.

o fcourse not. Thats what yo should beleive right? Just cause they say its not real, then that means the things im doing are all just a figment of my imagination. LOl, of course your answer to this would be obvious. But i care ot. Psychics do exist, envious as that makes you, there are people that have better control over their minds than you. There are bloodlines that have certain abilities. I can see the inteligence there..now let it out. Know that there is an infinite amount is possibilities. read up on einsteigns theories and vicata, and realize these things spoken of here, were said to be plausible by the greatest minds in history. then remember that sitting there in your mom's basement you ahvent amounted to much in life, or you wouldnt be looking for things to speak trash about. Go back to your mirrior and keep telling yourself how smart you are..at the same time, make sure your shirt is on the right way...mom probably dresses you funny still.

I didn't disagree that psychic powers exist.

What i'm saying is that perhaps it's better for you to think of it as being "Not Psychic" and "Not Parasitic".

Perhaps what you could do is look at how it could be something OTHER than a manifest psychic ability.

e.g; for example; it might be that your imagination is causing you to generate energy.

And for future notice; Just because someone disagrees with you doesn't mean they oppose you unconditionally.

on on its much more than that i agree. But the common name is as such. You going to rename oranges because you dont liek the name? I also beleive every human to be capable of it. Not just myslef. I beleive everyone has the same potential. The real thing to look at, is why do we have these abilities? Not wht they are so much. for i know what i can do. I know how much control i have over it. I dont need to figure out a new name for it.

I disagree with the name, my belief is that is has nothing to do with being Psychic.

If Oranges weren't Orange, or if there was another fruit already called Orange, would you have a problem with me bringing this up?

that is wher eyou are wrong. My whole family has psychic abilities. each different. And mine seem to be those of a psychic vampire...mind you my whole family is 5 people....but thats not the point. the point is, if it grows on an orange tree, regardless of its taste or texture, itas still an orange.

actually in most cases i do not. It is unpleaseant. too many people are full of fear and ego these days. get onto a crowded area, and it feels liek my heads gonna explode..seriously. But there is the occasional mind ilike. Iand just so you are clarrified, it is NOT restricted to life force. It is all energy positive, negative and neutral. I can take energy from a rock, but its mostly useless energy. and i have not much control over it, though once i connect with a person, i can dip into thier minds..which can be fun.

and its more their energy, not thier minds. But, thier energy is reflective of thier minds, so its basically the same thing.

As long as the person whom you're doing it to isn't aware of it.

There are... defenses, i have which can be used.

Most of them are chaotic in nature.



edit; now that i think about it, it's more of a reaction than anything else.

The shifting patterns often have a negative effect on the person doing the tasting, i find.
