Anyone that is saying it will not hit...going by the numbers there is a chance, it might, but the jury is out! After reading 20 pages of mostly crap, I am convinced that the majority of us are morons.

Thanks for the laughs
I needed that!!! I hope we get a good light show if anything.

Maybe the asteroid will skim the atmosphere and make a direct hit on Davos....

I wonder what the Global Consciousness Project will say around the time of the passing.

Everybody better make sure to take their towels with them on Jan. 28 & 29!

As I've been pondering this and reading from other sites, a question made it's way through the fog. Maybe someone with a better understanding of geological mechanics than I have could answer this for me.

Let's say that the asteroid does strike, and it hits Australia. Would people in the Northern Hemisphere, or, for that matter, in Asia, hear or feel anything?

Could be that he or she is one in the same person.

But it's odd to me that there are virtually no articles regarding TU24 to be found, not even on the sketch ball sites like Pravda. It seems that this has been completely occupied by the forums and totally ignored by any sort of media. Why is that?

Because this is

1-Either nothing to worry about,

2-Or something to be very worried about. (as in coverup to prevent panic)

I'm going with 1 (for now). I think we're all a little on edge lately and we're looking for reasons to stay that way...

As a cross thread service, let me direct your attention to a thread about increased police presence everywhere. (Look for it on the board, I didn't get the thread #, but it's not hard to find.) Do a bit of reading there and then draw your own conclusions about just how worried the PTB are right now.

It could be something, or maybe nothing at all. I find coincidences to be worth noting. And evaluated.

At the angle this asteroid is approaching, will the likelihood of earth's gravity pulling smaller "companions" off orbit increase over most other approaches?
It also seems because of this AOA, like it will pass thru earth's plasma trail. I for one, find some plausibility in the electric universe theories, irregardless of the grief it may bring on ATS..
Anyone else then, who thinks this object, (if carrying a neg charge from UV bombardment), might put on a bit of a show?

(12 mins in ....click on watch latest edition ...top right.)

hELL, I'VE BEEN TO Coast to Coast, Whatreallyhappened, Rense.com, plus a multitude of other places and there is NOTHING...not even from the biggest terror mongers in the world!!!!

I smell a rat. A dead rat.

I emailed George Norey and begged him to bring someone on with some REAL knowledge of this- I'm sure i'll just get blown off!! I will listen tonight, maybe he will have a professional debunker who will make us all go to sleep with visions of fairies and lollypops, or he will have that certain someone who said one year ago: "The reason George Bush is starting wars and chaos is to prepare for the doomsday asteroid THAT ITS GOING TO GET US IN 2008, and he's doing a service to the people by keeping them occupied with other things...."
I wish i could remember who that was, but he was crying on the air, saying we were doomed!!!
I wish i hadnt remembered that show, may be someone else does, its from a couple of years ago, and it left me shaking in bed.
ANYONE REMEMBER THAT LITTLE SHOW
???

Some show that was!!!

Anybody remember that "Doomsday Seed Vault" not too far away from this meeting? I'm NOT saying there's a connection, but if that part of the world goes "dark" for communications, I would start to wonder.

WTF...."anoymouscoward" did in fact rip off my posting above and placed it on the other forum mentioned above. Those were my thoughts and words, NOT THEIRS, they didn't even quote me, pasting in my posting as theirs.....not sure if I should be pissed off or happy they thought so much of my posting. The elite gather...hmmm, the peices are indeed falling into place.

Yes, they "They" are having a meeting in the last place on earth where an impact would hurt "them"
Bunker City.

This puzzle is coming together rather nicely.

I don't know what to think about all this, really. I've read every single post on this thread and tried with my almost non-existent knowledge of astronomy to grasp all the arguments & counter-arguments of people who are worried and people who are debunking & not at all concerned. To me it sounds as if no one knows what is going to happen. Either way, I'll not live in fear.

Quite the coincidence, because yesterday Sky News played a similar piece of rather puzzling CGI - also in relation to the current Northern Rock fiasco.

I do remember thinking, "what on earth has this got to do with the economic situation of Northern Rock?".

And to end on a rather melancholy note, the supposedly metaphorical piece of CGI in question didn't exactly end as one would hope in a real-world event...

There was an impact. A big one.
