Actually the Giza Pyramids were built 12 000 years ago by survivors of Atlantis in a multi-purpose effort: commemoration of the sunken civilization and our connection to yet another destroyed human civilization on mars and our extraterrestrial Gods from other stars.

Well Sky one has to ask a few questions, how do you account for all the evidence that points to its construction around 2460 BC and the lack of data pointing to its construction in 12,000? Where too is the evidence of Atlantean? Why no data of a large society in the Nile valley at that time? What did these mysterious civilizations eat? The agricultural revolution hadn't begun yet.....

How do the pyramids remind us of the mystical Atlantis, aliens and places on Mars??

Seriously Skyfloating, give us the evidence that makes you think this and the evidence that disproves the present day perception.

Thats how I account for the difficulty in putting the puzzle pieces together.

From this point forward, there is to be zero discussion of one another- period. You are not to chastize one another for behavior, you are not to question eachother's intelligence, you are not to argue over who is winning the argument. Just talk about the subject, and only the subject, or if need be, make the decision to post in other threads for a day or so just to cool down.

I'm sorry I have to limit things like this, but you really leave me no choice.


A couple of side notes:
1. Applause don't mean that you are winning the argument. Staff members DO have opinions as people, but when it comes to official functions, we are agnostic- we applaud the kind of posting we think is good for ATS even when we think the member is wrong.

2. My admonition on behavior was intended for not for any single person. It wasn't an invitation for the pot to call the kettle black.

Ah yes words of wisdom. So tell me Sky ... what are your thoughts on the influences of right/left hemisphere of the brain activity being represented symbolically by the ancient Egyptians and the way they built pyramids

Seriously though ... whilst I stand by what I said in the original post of this thread, I've often considered the idea of the 3 pyramids being much older than thought; and that date of 10,500 bc does have a lot going for it in relationship to the alignments of different stars and constellations at that time.

And this has a certain amount of confirmation from the ancient Egyptians 'As Above, So Below' policy. Unless that was a way of drawing attention to the fact of something majorly important happening at that time.

Have you ever read that ancient text that reads;

Now this might sound crazy (and these are only my thoughts on the matter), but ever since I read this I wondered if this 'sealed thing', could be inside the inverted pyramid (if of course such an inverted pyramid does exist).

When you break this text down it has the potential for something quite amazing (I think).

1. The sealed thing = a sealed capsule

2. With fire all about it = a capsule/craft entering the Earths atmosphere has fire all about it.

3. The emination of Orsirus = the event took place at night because Orsirus is linked to the Moon.

4.It was hidden since it fell from him = internment of the capsule into the inverted pyramid.

5. Onto the desert sands = Sphin(X) marks the spot.

Well I did say it might sound a bit crazy ... but I think it's plausible

I honestly dont have a clue about your hemispheric theory woodwytch. Its interesting is all I can say.

What I do know though, is that this thread has posed intuitive-speculation against practical education...which is kind of pointless imo.

I am new and I am looking through the threads. I am most interested in this particular quote; I've seen this before but I have never found the actual source. Please, can you tel me where you located this information? I've virtually gone loco reading the Greeks (I've not found it in any Egyptian refs, but I am no expert, just interested in the "fallen from the sky" reference is all) I thought mayb it could have come down to us as a misinterpreted or misquoted "myth" maybe from the Greeks, who seemed to enjoy their own stories immensely. And judging from the lesson we learned about the city of Troy and a grain of truth behind all myths, your post caught my attention immediately.

I would be most appreciative if you would be able to point me in the direction.

well the emanation of Osiris was the Nile and that phrase was used by Plutarch and he was identiifed by early Roman scholars as a sun God (incorrect) so its from a Roman source and the fire part refers to the sun, I guess the "..." parts are where the rest of the text has been deleted to make it sound sci fi when in fact its just Roman speculation and refers to early Egyptian cosmology, none of which mentions anything falling from the sky

there is an inscription in the temple at Edfu which refers to architectural plans coming from heaven that is often misconstrued as well (deliberately). To understand a lot of this stuff you have to have at least a workable grasp of Egyptian Cosmology because speculation doesn't work

If I remember correctly it originally crops-up in heirogliphic text that is claimed to have been written by Thoth the Scribe.

Can't remember where I found it of the top of my head but it caught my attention too. I'll still have it somewhere (never throw any of my research papers out), so I'll check my notes and scan the bookshelves to see if I can dig it out then get back to you with a source.

I'd also be interested to hear what you're checking-out (falling from the sky)
