What´s this??

I have no idea what it is. I took out the sky of the original image and made an image of only part of the original photo.

The cropped image I made is double in size with a lot of sky taken out - to place it closer to the ground objects like the crane and large power line pole on the right-hand side. One thing to me is for sure -- it is more than 300 feet up and it is very large whatever it is. I would think that an imaging system propelled by whatever or type of balloon, it would still be large and quite more then 300 feet up.

Nothing else was changed because it made the image worse, than the original image colors, but then I am only working with Paint Shop Pro and that will be that.

The image I made cropping the original image and doubling the size originally in my image is 832x860 size in pixels.

If it is a balloon then it sure is odd-shaped although it could be something similiar as it seems to have no atmospheric changings around the object in the picture so it seems it has no discernable power system to the object, but then egads, what the heck is it?

I have no psychic connection to the object either, but then I usually never do have any psychic connections to anything either.

Of course some ladies may still try and teach this oldie something futher in this World, maybe (?) (ah that may be some humor according to me.)

This is wierd, is it me or does it look like the bottom of the craft is someones left forearm, with a black glove on the hand carrying something? Face and bodt cropped out.

It almost looks like a cropped blurb of a photo, and cut a shape of a ship out of it, also I see a face center, in black and white.

But when others zoomed in heavily with photoshop, there doesnt appear to be any manipulation done with a crop/past ect?

I think my eyes are going batty.

Alot of the links I'm haveing trouble with, it won't allow me to DL the video for free, I'm sure once i see that, these crazy things I'm seeing will be put to rest.

But definitely at first glance it looks like a really strange craft. I'll try the video link again later like it said.

Excellent find and actually great pics.... I took the image internos supplied...(thanks bro..good work) and ran a couple of filters on it.

The object does seem to be giving off a corona effect. It appears on the front leading edge of the object and is depicted as a red/pinkish hue in the filter.

Ill toss up both pics for comparison, again thanks to the OP for the great pics and to inernos for rendering an edit for everyone to view.

Just to clarify, I did not add that in...it showed up using a combination of contrast enhancements..then an exclusion filter.

The orange on the close side could simply be flames, which also explains the 'corona' effect (heat).




There is also the faint look of flames exiting the bottom as well.

yeah weird shaped craft... looks like possibly a shape of something, perhaps the creatures who are driving it? its like a grey darth vader helmet. I also think an Oktoberfest balloon would probably be easier to discern. is there many UFO sightings in Germany? I havent heard of too many. either way good catch for the most part

i didnt see fooff's post until after i posted last time, there are some pretty good similarities between the two, and it looks like if someone made one of those bag balloons, they used too much fuel and maybe started part of the bag on fire? but then i spose it would have burned up and dropped pretty quickly. it is a possible explanation though good find fooff

Whatever that is, it has a pretty unique shape to it. Hmm... While there are some similarities between the black bag "UFO" I wouldn't call that an exact match. Maybe a technique match, though.

Anyways, I'm going to step into the shadows for now to fool around with the image.

Thats exactly what I did. Ran the same filters on this image and clearly...there is somecorona effect with the garbage bag UFO. There is however a tell tale plume of smoke.(we all know that aliens are environmentally savvy and would never burn fossil fuels as propulsion)





Great comparison fooffstarr, perhaps you're on the right track.

Edit note: Upon enlarging the filtered pic I did notice a small corona discharge...so in the interests of truth I changed my position from "NO corona effet" to "some corona effect". Seems like a small point but the truth honestly is in the details.... 1nL~

Oh no The Chinese lanterns have evolved to tacky black bin liners filled with a bent coat hanger with a fire lighter..The UFO forum is going to well busy now that you've posted that video!!

This was a Sunday evening. In my previous I mentioned professional equipment in use which I now think would not be the case. Could be someone making use of the area on a weekend though. I think the object is quite a bit closer to the road than the equipment in the background.

It looks like Flintstone's little buddy, Kazoo.

If I had to guess,I would say it is a spy drone. The company Honeywell has been flight testing their Spy Drones(micro air vehicle)used for The Department of Defense, Homeland Security, and civilian law enforcement.

Tee-hee, don't fool yourself. The Lanterns are the real problem. No Military/Gov interception.. they can hang around for days, undisturbed!! Take the Vegas model of /97. Typical 'lantern'.

During Oktoberfest there were blimps flying around. But they were easy to identify as such. They also usually have commercial on them like "Löwenbräu" for example. On this thing I don´t see anything resembling a brand´s name or logo.

There is something at the bottom of the object. Could this be the "basket" of the balloon (if it is a balloon), where the passengers/pilot sit and where the flame is? But then again, it really would be some weird balloon!

I haven´t heard about many UFO sightings in Germany recently. Certainly not a UFO wave or so.

I just did a little google picture search on "balloon" and I came up with the following two balloons:

Yes. It's just a weird shaped balloon. You can barely make out the flame of the hot air balloon and the basket underneath.

It's nothing more than a funky shaped hot air balloon. Nothing more. Case closed.

Great pic. (The rest of this thread is silly...) It seems to be the shape of a star wars AT-ST body without legs. That's the closest similarity to anything I've ever seen.

It's a German balloon in the shape of a fork lift truck - which is kind of a shame because I really thought that was a good photo for a bit.
