Just to be clear we weren't talking about the Big Soul Machine On The Moon back then. We were talking about relatively benign topis such as:

So, erm... you... er... you got the Soul Traps and breathable atmosphere ideas when you got older?

Do you think there could maybe be a connection there?

Hehe, only pulling your plonker mate

I think sleeper has read to much terrance Mckenna and Rick Strassman and it is only going to get wierder "self transforming machine elves" between these two and Anton parks i am surprised their hasnt been 15 movies on these subjects. read a few of thier books and sleeper makes alote more sense. not saying john or sleeper are right but you will understand the "universe" they think in. the rabbit hole is very deep.

Never even heard of those two people I assume they write science fiction? I don’t read sci-fi books.

Perhaps they got their stuff from reading my stuff, I have been writing under many names on boards and threads like ats since the beginning of the internet---plus I have my own books that they might have read

You've never heard of Terrence McKenna? I find that almost impossible to believe.

sleeper you should read them. according to the authors it is not science fiction and at least in my opinion they seem to give your stories credence and if nothing else show others having the same encounters with otherworldly biengs.

Hi, I got a question for John Lear. First I want to tell you I enjoyed interviews with you on VG and YT.

Where doe the term BSMOTH come from?

And which cultures do you mean when you say that they think that souls go to the moon?

I ask this because of a dreamvision I had after watching a full moon in a sort of meditative state for an hour or so.

This was a long time ago and I did not know these stories. For me the moon was this eternal rock that appeared in the nightsky which served as a sort of anchor for our melancholy and longing. Something that makes you feel at home on earth and not at the same time. But nothing more than an old barren rock once visited by a couple of lunatic astronauts.

After the meditation I fell asleep and in the moment before waking in the middle of the night I saw the moon in front of me twice as big as usual and in the surface there where old runelike signs or letters that I could not deciphere, as if it was a stone whith textcarvings in it. This puzzled me, but before I could think about it the surface changed into a computerscreen with the same markings/signs and it began to scroll, first slowly than quicker, and then so fast that I couldn't possibly see what was there. (As if i could read it). Although I could not read it it gave me the feeling that knowledge was past on to me. This was years before the matrix-movie, but it looked a bit like that, only the text was just in normal horizontal lines and moved faster.

After that I woke up and was a bit baffled by this strange dream. I never made a connection between the moon and ancient knowledge before, so I thought the dream had to point towards something else or mean nothing at all. Maybe just a combination of looking at the moon to much and sitting behind a computerscreen (it were DOS364-days back then).

After hearing all those stories of you and others of the moon, I am beginning to think I might have had a real vision. A sort of remote viewing experience. What your take on this?

Thanks ,
Pjotr

i have read similiar reports of people seeing "runes" or strange alphabets in the "vision" state It might help to read this deoxy.org... and the spirit molecule.

Thanks, I am familiar with McKenna. I am also familiar with non-substance ways to enter alternative states, i did some dreamtraining and energywork through the years.
In my experience reality doesn't end, it just goes on (which makes it more complex, not simpler as some want you to believe), even when people die (at least from my perspective that is, the living).

But to get to the point, in this small realm of the messageboard of ATS, everything obviously comes down to "proof", or consubjectivity (objectivity). I guess that in respect of this particular viewing I was searching for a backup. In a way you provided that by saying it is not the first time you heard this "rune"statement.

Do you (or anyone) also know what BSMOTH stands for?

thanks

yes i have heard from multible sources about seeing "language" james narby is another scientist/anthropologist who has witnessed these phenomena while in a altered state. I also dont believe you need to take any substance as the body can make these substances naturally and in great abundance and in my opinion people with a very high "spiritual" metabolism or frequency are always "tripping" it takes awhile for our cognitve abilities to intigrate the information. Gopi krishna wrote an autobiography about rapidly opening up these cognitive abilities as the whole body must acclimate to a new higher level of functioning to exist. He actually began writing books in languages he had never had any contact with.

where did the john lear /william cooper ex cia agents spewing disinfo thread go, anyone know? it dissapeared after i questioned why ATS would be associated with a charcter that in many circles is regarded as "dodgy" at best and after i said maybe it is because he helps us "deny ignorance"

also i have no idea if sleeper is john , it is a weird co-incidence but either way we will all now be deflected to JIM MARRS

although i am thankful that we could get JIM it is a great pleasure to have him on the board

Ok i got it, it is Big Soul Machine On The Moon. He spelled it out in this thread. I'll read better next time.

Still a question for John Lear. Who put it there?

Is this a billion year old civilization? (This because I saw runes in stone first and then computerscreens with the same language).

The moon plays a central role in my live. I am doing a comicbook with "moonstories". I want the BSMOTH in there of course.

Thx,
Pjotr

Mr. Lear,
In response to the important question you pose within your signature -

Wouldn't you rather be riding on a horse beneath a blue sky with white puffy clouds?
- Yes I would and thank you for asking

John Lear is a very knowledgeable man in the subjects he posts here at ATS. I respect John Lear for speaking his thoughts on controversial subjects regardless of how it may be taken by some.

I feel he knows a lot more than he writes, with one of the exceptions being the following article which (if written by J Lear) can attest to that in my opinion:

William S. English (Appx 1997 "by J. Lear")
www.sacred-texts.com...

I had know idea until recently Mr Lear knew this man, assuming the attached was written by John.

Dallas,

Yes, I wrote every word of that.

I can safely say that I knew Bill fairly well. After finally tracking him down through his father and meeting him the first time on that pig farm in Virginia we continued to correspond. I visited Bill and his family when he was living in Sunspot and Bill was one of the speakers at the MUFON convention I hosted here in Las Vegas.

I have lost track of Bill and haven't herd from him for several years.

Since that time I have 2 other independent verifications of the Grudge 13 report.
