As for the OPs question, i am having the same trouble myself. While it is all speculation, the evidence can easily lead in any which direction. I just started reading David Icke books tho, he doesn't address all the different alien races but he does a nice job of wrapping up the illuminati conspiracy in a concise and informative way. You may want to start there.

How can you 'address all the different alien races' when there isnt even proof of one alien race?.

As for setting out a structure of the alien heirarchy. I think that is quite difficult to do. It is entertaining though.

Now that I have mentioned entertainment, I read the Galactic Overview and I was intrigued to say the least regarding this statement:

"Attention: this is not channeled information and has an estimated 85% accuracy"

Thats a facile argument. It isnt up to sceptics to prove something doesnt exist, its up to the propoent of a statement to prove his case or it fails.

Its like someone being arrested out of the blue and told he is guilty of something, but not being told what he is guilty of then told to prove his innocence.

Doesnt seem like you are enjoying it at all if all you want to do is discuss things with people who only see the world your way. That shows you arent open to the possibility that aliens dont actually exist.

Of course it's ok, just don't expect everyone to accept those 'interesting concepts' as being real or even 'interesting'. And since this is an open and free forum you are bound to come across conflicting opinions, especially if you are talking about something there's no (accepted) concrete scientific evidence about.

If the information is not channelled...where are they getting the information from?

Some of the information is so creative. I sometimes feel I am reading a science fiction novel. If you haven't read the Galatic Federation info then do yourself a favor... really very inspiring. I consider myself quite a creative writer when I have the time, but this stuff is exceptional!! Far better than anything I have ever or could come up with!

I am actually quite distrustful of the channelled information... guess the Cassiopean channeller did it in for me. But, nonetheless, it is still very interesting. And I am always hopeful

Could I point you to the first para of the OP original post?

That to me was a statement by the OP that the existance of these so called Alien races actually existed. If it actually questioned the existance first then all would have been hunky dory. But to open a posting in the Aliens and Ufo's forum with the above statement is simply begging for someone to come back at it.
However if it had been made in Skunk Works, where IMHO it should be, it would simply allowed those believers to contribute happily to something which, mainstream, is not considerede possible.

And for those here in this forum who have seen a UFO or believe they exist regardless, then we all know that contingent with that belief is the belief that there are ET's who are either flying these things or have somehow relayed information to scientists on how to build crafts that are somewhat like the ones they fly in.

But for you to say that any discussion on ET's belongs in Skunk Works is not only arrogant on your part, but it's also terribly naive. I'm sorry for the rather harsh statement but it's true; you are not in a position to even imply where certain discussions belong in this forum as that's up to the moderators here. But it seems apparent that most of the moderators here are not ruling out that ET's exist so you are in the minority my friend.

I do believe the discussion was about Aliens and not UFO's?
I actually believe in UFO's but not Aliens flying them
