[HOAX] Isaac CARET - Drones [HOAX]

Thanks for that post doc..its more interesting to me to follow the people than to follow the craft. I remember an newspaper article asking for ufo reports..as if there is a hunger for that material..and there is..and thats why we as a goup get the frequent pablum in lieu of meat.And when something half decent shows up. well you have a lot of interestd pariteswanting to bask in the sunshine while its bright, LMH C2C and as it has had a meme effect.mufon would be no exception to capitalize on the debate and put it to a broader audience..especially as it has a new director that is tryng to reorganize and go where he should to the frontline and forums, especially witnesses. He left OMF empty handed because OMF had nothing to give, and the unevenhandedness by OMF with its own members, is a clear sign they are not openminded in this case , and particularly, if the spike counting is an indicator of where they are at.. Easier to flip a coin, one would think. But I think this is only symptomatic of frustration, not a permanent state of mind..An if I know Admin at all, he can restore balance but it will take time.If it does go national well..that may help..as the issues as they are now ,were confined to just a few forums with the same recycled viewpoints. Even if slanted, there is someone else..who sees things differently..and may spot the key to open this up.
I would prefer Mufon, to help present it, then I would any of the forums..except of course ATS

for those of us here for a while hoax, borrowed designs from past works, multi sources , but issue is by whom. the who is undetermined..go back 25 pages..not too much too read and move foward you still have time to guess who like the rest of us.

Tomi..is that somthing personal he shared with you? It sounds too personal to post if he did. I dont think he would like that poseted unless he posted it himself elsewhere even iif flattering.I know you meant well, .just a cautious suggestion, as people will be hesitant to share with you in the future..

I agree Shads although I don’t believe it’s so. The only reason it’s mentioned at all is because lifestudent said that he solved the riddle in an hour and a half after finding Salads video which he said, “Proved to my satisfaction that this is a viral marketing hoax pulled off by people working on behalf of a band called Drone”.

If not for ATS, I could have spent much longer. No, not at all. This is all from postings on OM. His song is great.. (still can't detect a German accent though) and I'm just picking on ol Reader just a bit.. cuss.. dunno.. he inspires that in me.. what can I say

BTW, thanks everyone for clarifying. I understand now that it's recognized as a hoax. While Drone must be in on it, otherwise they'd likely be sued for copyright violation, there may yet be an additional endgame as Sys_Config has pointed out on another thread.

Enjoy. For me, learning that it was a hoax was enough, and I appreciate the fact that I could follow everyone's work here.

BTW, just an idea... If you want to find out the owner/perpetrator of the art, try taking a lot of the artwork and using it for another marketing purpose. When you get the cease and desist order, you'll probably know

You’re entitled to your opinion but LMH still tried to enforce the copyright but failed and didn’t pursue it further, Alienware (by Dell) pc’s also use the Isaac font and nobody stepped forward to claim copyright infringement.....

It would be useless, to claim copyrights. This only would unmask the hoaxers.

Kris' video and drone's music did not break the charts. Until now, the drones and the letters are said to be real - nobody can claim copyrights for facts.
And finally it is not a 1:1-copy of the pictures and the story, but an independent interpretation.

Even LMH would not be successful, trying to anticipate the further release of drone's music. The German law allows to use small-sized excerpts of others. Since drone only used scraps of the interviews, there is no violation of copyrights. It is rather promotion for LMH...

,,,and for the drones, of course. But aren't we all busy with that kind of promotion since more than half a year?

Well I watched those videos twice and no drones in the sky shots.. so what's the point? Yes it is wonderful to be happy, good looking, white, young, rich and in beautiful sunny California, but what is the point?

Do some research on Carrion... as well as the drones..

Regarding OM.. nobody is so important that they will be petitioned to come back in... just like a local pub.

Sid, my conference is over and I want to get back to your points. I will start with the quotes from Isaac that I find less problematic and move onto the one I find quite problematic.

It would be a bad hiding, if there was a tech company without a phone number, wouldn't it? And even if so, than it is still questionable, why Isaac says we worked in the secret PACL on the secret CARET program, but I don't tell you the fictitious name or anything about the logo.

Yes, it would be poor concealing if the company had no phone number, no public face at all. So I guess the question is whether there is any record of it. I assume nobody knows of any such record.

I’m not sure I follow. It reads like a definition of the process to me, which would be a pretty standard thing to do for a document like this if it were genuine.

Remember this is report Q-86. Do you really find it believable that every quarterly report for the inner circle will start with an explanation of the basic terms?

To answer your question, no, not believable every quarterly report would start with such definitions. However, I am not sure this is implied. It is possible instead that Isaac chose the report precisely because it was the clearest single document. It is possible that many reports were written before a decision was made to define extraction in this way. Unless there is something else that implies this term was an old one.

This does seem to me to be a real problem. I am fairly well trained in statistics. There is not a lot of information to go by, but the little available seems to imply an issue.

We know he said he worked there between 1984 and 1987. We know he claimed there were about 200 specialists. The quotes you give say that he was in “internal management”. Yet Isaac claims the information only narrow him down to between 30 and 50 people. It seems rather unlikely that of all those people working there between 84 and 87, at least 30 were in internal management when there were about 200 civilians. It particularly seems a problem given he has specified a particular location: i.e. PACL (it could be there were many locations which would make the probabilities easier to believe).

There are three possibilities I can think of – 1. Isaac did not carefully consider how much the information narrowed down the possible list of people (seemingly unlikely given the claimed risks) … 2. Isaac is lying about some of the information, which he explicitly said he would not do …. 3. A very high proportion of the civilians were given positions in ‘internal management’ AND a high proportion of people entering the program left after 3 to 4 years.

This really does seem problematic to me, it is quite hard to see how 3 could be true.
