You're not getting it. Yes, we know Albania loves him. But why would his security just trust that? Would they not be suspicious of a plant in the crowd? If not, they're not doing their job!
The USA loved JFK, too.
Black people loved Martin Luther King.

And stop with that BS about Albania beiing an myslim country.
Today, with the freedom of religion and worship, Albania contains numerous religions and denominations; however, within a muslim majority that may amount to 75% of the total population.

Regardless the actual percentage, the president doesn't even act like that IN HIS OWN COUNTRY of people who elected him. Not even when all the people are screened. It isn't logical that he would act like that in a group of strangers in a strange land, no matter how much they love the USA.

Now I think the real story here is as others have mentioned, Why did his security team let the POTUS loose in the crowed. How did they come to believe it was safe to do so?

I did. And I see what you're saying. You're saying that Albania, as a country, loves the USA. That doesn't necessarily translate to EVERY SINGLE PERSON in Albania can be trusted to love and admire our president. ESPECIALLY from the perspective of those whose job it is to keep him safe (the Secret Service). They get paid NOT to trust people. They swear their lives to protect him. They aren't going to take the chance of sending him into a throng of people NO MATTER WHO they are. And they shouldn't.

Remember President Bill Clinton's visit to India and he went to the crowd and was mobbed by the crowd before the Secret Service could react and reorient themselves to protect him. It was during his visit to the two states, Pakistan and India.

What IS strange is that the secret service allowed him to get so close to these folks. Anything could happened .. as in assassination. Or perhaps 'someone' (those that really run the world) has decided it is time to allow that? There isn't much more time for the Zero Year Curse to take place.

And a lot of this thread actually wasn't about the watch at all, but why the pres was allowed to be thrust into a mob of "strangers" in a strange land, when his security doesn't even allow that kind of contact with his buddies in Congress.
