So a crecent above a mosque was a sign to the ottoman army that the locals consider the ottoman sultan as their boss.
Many muslims prefered a leader who must be decendent from Quraish ( Mecca)( an arab), like morocco and Senegal, Yemen and eriteria.
A mosque with no crecent was asigh for the turkish army for a big battle. The turks had no stomach to argue with the locals ( even you submit to the turkic sultan as the supreme head of muslims or You re dead), especially that the ottomans were locked with a deadly battles with shia of Iran, and the shia were prostelysing on the edges of the ottoman empire like Yemen, africa, etc.

Ao locals had to put the crecent to symbolyse they follow the Sultan and they are sunni not shia or followers of other than the Official khalif (Pope) of muslims The Sultan of the ottoman Empire.
Even muslims behind the shia iran empire were followers of the sultan ( pakistan, central asia.

I believe a small dose of reality might come in handy. The cresent moon was used as a symbol on flags because they worshiped the moon god as their chief god or alilah. It is the same reason that they are on a lunar calander........plain and simple. No secret here and it is fully backed by archaeological evidence and history.

well, part of that is right. yes, HITLER had ties to the church in rome. BUT hitler was one man and the rest of germany still killed all those jews even though they had no affiliation to the catholic church. and the SS weren't modeled after the jesuits, the differences are quite stark when you compare them.

the jesuits aren't a secret society... they're an order of priests. most of what they do is out in the open, the only part that isn't is the initiation ceremony.

The holocaust of the jews was the work of satan that used Hitler who was put in power by the Roman Catholics. Hitler also belonged to the scull and bones club the same as G.W. Bush. Look up what the Franciscan order did in Croatia during WWII. The ss troops was based on the jesuits of rome. Catholic doctrine is not more Christian than Islam.
