"Netcraft has discovered a disconcerting event from the 2004 Ohio Presidential election that should raise significant concern.

The Ohio Secretary of State's website, that handles election reporting, is normally part of an Ohio-based IP address block hosted by the Ohio Supercomputer Center.

On the eve of the election, Nov. 3 2004, Netcraft shows the Secretary of State's website IP address out of state, on a server owned by Smartech Corp. Reviewing the American Registry on Internet Numbers, we discover that Smartech's block of IP addresses 64.203.96.0 – 64.203.111.255 includes the entire IP range owned by the Republican National Committee.

Smartech also hosts the highly notorious gbw43.com domain used by White House staffers as an end-around-run for off-record electronic communications in violation of the Presidential Records Act. This and other RNC domains are those from which thousands, some say millions, of White House emails were deleted by Carl Rove and others, as discussed in this thread.

This discovery, in combination with these email issues, is certainly alarming... to say the least.

I believe this new investigation is also relevant to this thread.

The new investigation, which will examine the firing of at least one U.S. attorney, missing White House e-mails and White House efforts to keep presidential appointees throughout the government attuned to GOP political priorities, could create a substantial new problem for the Bush administration.

I just saw a report on CNN about this and what is surprising is the investigation was initialized from inside the WH. The lead investigator is a republican so many think it will be a white wash, but he claims they will be "fair" and "follow the evidence wherever it leads".

I’m not sure what this means so maybe you can elaborate. Being from Ohio I have followed the voting debacle of 2004, and have not heard of this. Does this mean that the precincts were reporting the vote tallies on a republican server on the night of the election? If so, was it possible for them to be altered before they were posted? Then SOS Kenneth Blackwell took a lot of heat for all the disenfranchised voters, which led to his loss when he ran for governor (thank God), but he was a republican at that time. I don’t know if that matters or not, but it sure sounds fishy.

Gonzales is history..........even the Republicans are treating him like poison. This is a BIG story...........it will end up being BIGGER than Watergate.

I can go into detail about any subject any person wishes to discuss about either situation if you don't understand how/why. While the methods may not have been 100% accurate, this will give an idea of what the data recovery company will most likely have as an outcome in either possible sceanario.

I don't wish to go into detail about this subject, but since you are a computer tech perhaps you can help me with this since I don't know nothing about no stinkin' compooters and how all these IP numbers work. I have been involved in an online federal investigation for the last three years that some people would call a conspiracy...........I call it a total screw up. You might have to know how I lead up to finding this but I won't bore you with all the FACTS............but this is an investigation involving criminal activity, several federal agencies, some of the crimes were serious enough that I couldn't get a jury trial because the feds didn't want me to have one..................if ya know what I mean. There are some people in the private sector involved also ..................here in the Hi-Tech city of Austin. I didn't' realize it until I was "relocated" by a Coldwell-Banker realtor who used deception in her relocation efforts only to have me bust her out for her lame game. As you can imagine, a lot of people are sweating it out right now. What I stumbled upon during my own online investigation were several links that kept popping up...........I would throw it out on message boards, get a reaction, then I really escalated my research when I got death threats about exposing.........?????? I don't know because I don't know anything about IP numbers other than some of the blocks appear to belong to the military and Stanford University. I have posted my whole story in another forum entitled "The Dangers of Uncovering Conspiracies".............if you want to know how it lead up to me finding this stuff. WEBSCAM OPERATION: I have a limited knowledge of the internet, but this appears to be some kind of huge operation whereby large blocks of IPs assigned to the military are used to set up entertainment, corporations, individual sites. Post counts/Hits translate into Big $$$ for owners/administrators who seek to deceive the general internet public by false registrations, false IP#'s, misleading information, they use aliases in an effort to hide their real life identities, Domains by Proxy offers protection so that you have to get a court order to find out who owns the website even if criminal activity is taking place. In my case, crimes were commissioned against me on websites hosted by GoDaddy/Domains by Proxy whom I notified, I complained to the owner Bob Parsons on his blog and he stated he is against the government invading the privacy of the sites he hosts. They do not follow basic disclosure practices nor do they have a code of standards about sharing personal information about the general internet public who may visit their websites. This is a malicious group of people who treat the internet as if it is the WildWildWest which is one of the domains Bob Parsons operates. I feel that legislation should be passed that holds people like Bob responsible to victims of internet crimes. Three common links: Network Solutions, GoDaddy, Army.

The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\windows\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

HEY!!! You can probably answer my post up there about all these IP numbers!! Some of them fall pretty close to the range you just posted!!!! You know whats weird??? I traced some of my Public Corruption back to U.S. Rep. Jean Schmidt of Ohio......Republican Party!!! The guy who got the tax-free $275,000 Medicare reward that I threw out as bait to catch these dirty idiots is linked back to her office. She helped cover everything up...........Medicare wouldn't meet with me, wouldn't give me the time of day even though I helped them bring One Million dollars back into the medicare fund, I lived in the same town they busted this guy out, I have firsthand information that none of them could give, I was in the healthcare field 14 years, have worked with this federal program the same amount of time and I have never seen a fraud case expedited, covered up, screwed up then lied about .........the way this one was. It was the biggest piece of ammo I had against them and then everything else fell into place, people started ratting each other out, I kept up the pressure, escalated my online investigation and that is when I ran into all these IP numbers and related websites. Notice how she is hosted on the very first block of numbers that I have good reason to believe belongs to the military.

NOBODY will answer my questions about what they think this means and I am a compooter retard who just happened to stumble upon this cause they pissed me off.

Ohio has to have some of the dirtiest politicians going...........A guy named Scott Schmidt was on several of these message boards I posted on...........I got death threats on a couple of them and shortly after that I had a carbon monoxide leak in my home even though I had an inspection from the gas company before they turned on my service one month prior.

Also notice that Coldwell Banker realter is linked to some of these people..........I was "relocated" to Texas (unbeknownst to me at the time) by a shady Coldwell-Banker realtor who told my initial contact person that she knew me and wanted to take over my relocation efforts (I didn't know her)..............I busted her dumb ass out as soon as I got here. She tried to run some lame game on me for about 6 weeks...............long enough for me to run it back and get a BUNCH of info...........then I sent her flying. I'm sure CB is pretty worried right now..........one thing to their credit is I am behind on my mortgage 4 months and they have ceased all collection efforts after I sent them a copy of my report. I'm sure they are scared I am going to sue them. Here is something else I found out..............Coldwell Banker does a lot of "relocation" for military and the feds of which I am neither.

This may have something to do with the Alberto Gonzales case?? You never know.............I emailed the DOJ several times last year about it, I have emailed them several times since then and I have been met with complete silence.

Justin Oldham.......I have a new update........Yes I do. It seems the black people really have a legitimate complaint now since it appears the DOJ has been suppressing the Black race by rigging it so that their votes don't count. Same goes for the Democrats.

This is quite interesting. I emailed my full report several more times telling them my report could possibly be one of the emails that were "lost" and will you please look into the matter. I then told them this could possibly be linked to the mass murders at Virginia State since Cho posted on some of the message boards that are linked to my online findings and the above IP numbers I listed. My next spam campaign will be to the officials at VT and the victims family members. If there is anything sinister going on here I feel they should know about it.

Has anyone been able to research the numbers??? cause it seems like every website I post them on...................NOTHING. It seems to be a real thread killer.

Sorry webmasters...........my real intention is to have more debate and interest in this whole matter since I have good reason to believe it is linked to nefarious goings on at the DOJ.
