Originally posted by Evangelion321 i am so ticked cause these minorities are being treated better than we are and they get better health benefits and better salaries. all cause they are minorities. if you ask me i dont give a care about minorities. let em rot, im not a racist or nothin its just i caint stand how they abuse the system and lie and cheat just to get ahead of us.

I don't if they get better healthcare and salary than everyone else, but I do think that they use minority status to get the benefit of the doubt and get what they want.

Really? Well how come when a minority applies for benefits and a average joe does they quickly give him the benefits and treat him like a king and such but when the average joe gets his they make him wait for a much longer time before they even "consider" it.

Do they? Can you prove this? I thought that they just judged it on things like health insurance

The main issue here has been missed. Some came very close, but didn't follow through. Notice the post that said that the girl would be allowed to keep her magnet. The school had to consult their lawyers first. This isn't about the seperation of Church and State or religious persecution. It is about lawsuits. The school didn't want a lawsuit over this magnet. That's it plain and simple. The kid with the peanut allergy, same thing. If the kid was exposed to peanuts and had a reaction, the school didn't want to be sued. If the school had banned peanut products and the child was exposed the school could point to their rule and say that they tried to prevent it from happening.

Shakespear had it right when he said "Kill all of the lawyers" in one of his plays. We have become a society that believes that they have a right not to be offended and if they are offended, well then someone has to pay.

I have lost track of how many issues I have heard involving school yeabooks. I know of at least two cases where the yearbooks were reprinted and the originals destroyed because someone took offense at a picture. In one of these, students who didn't surrender their yearbooks had their diplomas with held untill they did. All of these involved the schools in question not wanting to be sued.

Yeah lol you can get just about anything these days if you've got some good lawyers in your pocket.

I don't mean to offend when saying this, but saying that people you know
have gone through it, does not equate to hard proof.

Persoanlly I've never really seen this, I mean yes there is the rare
occasion where a school will set-up some system to make sure they have
enough of a certain ethnicity, which actually a local school was taken to
the supreme court over that issue, but beyond that, minorities usually
get the bad end of the deal, as employers for the most part do still
unconsciously discriminate.

Perhaps all magnets should be removed from classrooms, after all they tend to disrupt a clear signal from all those hidden wireless toyz recording every word spoken in every elementary school classroom making certain that the wrong combinations of words is not said by the same individual at a given location.

The Devil would find the mere thought of a Humble Man who never advocated violence, even for mortal self-preservation during His mortal life, as the necessary solution to an obstacle in life. The Evil ones will always attempt to find ways to supress such ideology and continusouly work to make the suffering of mankind and Seperation from the Creator its daily toils. Making it appear as something else is only a distraction.

Be aware... the darkness watches and listens to all things within their range of influence... Safegaurd you innermost self, and they will be unable to manipulate your thoughts... Teach others to do the same, and the Darkness will shrivvle away from the world in defeat...

That doesn't really prove that the US Government favours minorities. So you might have had a few bad deals, that's not representative of 300 million other people though. I understand that it's not really something you can prove, but as I said and someone agreed; I've always seen minorities getting the bad deals.

All I am saying its wrong for the gvt to tell people they cant bring anything religest to school or say we cant talk about it. The laws say they cant creat a gvt building that it teaches a religion. But it does'nt say you cant bring it to class. I think people should be able to sue on this matter cuz the gvt is brakeing laws and helping them do so.
