Sorry but I think you are mistaken, Look very carefully, at behind the soldiers, you can just about make out a shoulder, and look carefully at the legs, there are a couple behind those soldiers, just that you cant see them. I only spotted 14, cant find the last one lol.

No ties for these guys..and they had way better taylors in Iran pre-79..and the ones waveing,,could be thinking"book deals". Besides that every thing else is just speculation..
