It is possible as people did not travel much in those days. Christ did most of his travelling by walking. Going from Jerusalem to Nairobi is quite a walk man. Many people would know of blacks but only in myth like the stories of Indians when the Europeans explorers returned to palaces of Paris, London etc.

So now you are saying that the great ancient egypt was built by blacks too? gee where is all the black sculptures and relief artwork of the great race that you claim existed?

I am aware of Nubia and other Black empires but that is not being Egypt of Jesus.

Its just so painful sometimes.

We have found all the evidence supporting our view that jesus was indeed a black man..If you cant deal with that then please provide some real info.

Deny Ignorance

There is no disputing that blacks had been prominent in Egypt and a pharoah or two may have been black and wives of pharoahs were black for political reasons.

But let us get back to basics here, would the Romans have allowed Christ to roam around preaching and stirring up debate and be a black man too? I doubt it frankly. A jew would have been allowed to do this, for awhile, which is what happened so they say, but I cannot see a compelling reason to believe that Christ was black.

Egypt had black slaves, some black citizens and it had Nubia as a colony for sometime. Also there was a long period of trade and dealing with Nubia amongst other black empires in Africa. That is nothing new.

But the images you present do not indicate that Egyptians were black.
