i just look at the facts...

US money is falling...

other countries are coming up...

US is disliked by many countries...

people dont like to be policed by US...

as I already said I dont hate US...

Somebody has to place a system of checks and balances on the rouge nations of this world that think they are above all others- and attempt to threaten other democratic societies throghout the world. Russia will only do well under a democratic style of government. Russia was always doomed from day one because:

Communism alowed for the possibility of saddam like leader to take power (stalin....worse than hitler in my eye)

They had an ideology of taking over the world militarily......they spent to much cash on military.

So if Russia is following in the footsteps of the US and you believe the US will fall with its system then wouldn't you assume that Russia will follow suit also.

This discussion should end now. Nuclear capabilities do not mean that the US will retain supremacy. Other countries have these capabilities aswell, and lately it appears increasingly so.

US use of nuclear weapons would have severe repercussions around the world. The Us would not be free of harm here and it is unlikely that they would come out on top.

Americans have far too many enemies to fight on all fronts.

In the end, I think everyone should prepare themselves for the next global super-power....

PS. REASON: you stated that one of the downfalls of Russia was military spending...have you seen the US military budget...ouch...you just shot your argument in the foot there my friend.
