UFO slipped by Video editors on TV program this Sunday?

Hello ATS Brethren.
I was watching this program here in DFW (Texas) this morning and something caught my attention. The program is called "Hot on Homes" (Channel 8) and features new homes around the metroplex. While they were showing a snippet for a Virginia couple searching for a home, there was a clip (right after the couple seat on the patio) that shows....well, seems to be a UFO in the right hand side of the screen. Luckily, I have Tivo and paused the TV. I played it back and recorded with my digital camera off of the TV. The object seemed to be solid grey/metalic and sort of "M&M" shaped. I know, kind of the same description from one witnesses from the O'Hare incident. If you noticed in the split seconds that show the ufo, it swiftly moves to the left (ufo's right) just before the clip ends. Moves real smooth. I uploaded vids to You Tube. 1 being the shortest, 4 being the longest.
If anybody has any idea on how to contact Hot on Homes and seeing if a original copy can be obtained, let me know.

Perhaps maybe it is a blimp? Maybe that's why they did nothing about it when editing the video to the show.

I thought that at first as well, but if you noticed in the 3rd clip its movement is not that consistent with a blimp. I have seen plenty of blimps around here, especially around sporting events (Byron Nelson, Cowboy Games, etc...) this just did not seem the same. That is why I am here, to get my brethren's opinions.

I think we need to get the hot shots here to really investigate this. Great job of catching that. I know when I watch shows I always look in the sky views and you do see some interesting things.

Someone here must have some god suggestions and like stated there must be some way to get a copy from the producers of this show.

I assuming you are in the Dallas/Fortworth area?

Could you tell me what County they were filming in ? Also, I know they were talking about a Townhouse developement, but I would like to know the name of the development. Was it Brableson or Brambleson ?

One other thing, who was showing the property or what realtor was showing the Townhomes? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I was trying to listen closely to the video, but my hearing doesn't seem to work anymore.

The program (www.hotonhomes.com...) was briefly showing a couple from Virginia ( I think around the DC area) on how their house hunting was going. That's about all I can remember. I was caught in the moment of replaying back the image on my DVR (I can only hold 30 minutes worth of cached video) and wanted to save it somehow (therefore video mode on my 5 megapixel camera).
The productions contact (www.hotonhomes.com...) is local, yet I am sure if I called and said..."Hey, can I get a Hi-Res copy of your video from Sunday...Why?...Oh, I think you have a UFO in one of the shots." [Click-phone hangs up]. I know folks...dont mention the UFO part. I might call tomorrow and see about getting a copy of that video. If anybody here can give me some pointers on who to ask for to get info (not familiar dealing with video production companies), please send my way.

I'm surprised that some of our ATSer's haven't been checking this. Unfortunately I have no clue about photography.

Maybe they can't do it from a copy on the TV, I don't know.

Nice find there DrivebyReader. I captured a still shot from the video, maybe someone can look at it and figure out what it is. It's kinda fuzzy, but it's hard to capture a still shot from your computer with the programs I have that isn't fuzzy.

OK Brethren,

I called "Hot On" and they said they will send me info on how to purchase a DVD copy of what aired yesterday[told them I was a Designer with interest...hehe ]. (10 bucks, no biggy). They will mail me the info. So for know, its a sit and wait. Once I get it I will get a buddy of mine that has experience in A/V and clip that portion of the vid then share. I am sure by that time, this thread will die, but I will do my best to revive.

The ship kind of bugs me as a fake, or prank. Could be real. But more than likely it was a prank by one of the tech guys.

A better copy will tell the tale. If anyone knows the episode title, or an airdate for reruns, I can upload a better copy pulled directly off the broadcast.

My theory... It's one of those mini-blimp signs stores use for big sales.

I live in the DFW area in Texas. This morning, the sky had tons of chemtrails crisscrossing from north to south. Then about 30 minutes later I went back outside and saw a "sky ring" in the West.

30 minutes after that I saw 3 "reverse chemtrails" and a new "sky ring" in the East. I rushed back in to get my camera. By the time I could take a decent shot (about 6 minutes from the time it was first seen) it was changing shape. It was a perfect circle when I first saw it.

At first glance I'd say it's a blimp, but in your third screen capture shot, it look like it is revolving.

It's definitely a saucer.

Looking at the third video link posted, you can see it clearly defined at frame 00:03 sec.

It looks like a blimp to me also. The size of the object looks like a bimp on the horizon. And it is broad daylight and there is a massive oval object in the sky I think there would have been many reports if it was not a blimp.

Ya got a tivo, get tivo desktop and pull the file over.. and edit or recode. Or send it to me and i'll help.

Royal76 - I was thinking the same as you, but as SKMDC1 stated "a better copy will tell the tale" And that is what I am trying to obtain.

SKMDC1- The epsisode was on yesterday (Sunday 1-28-07 on WFAA Channel 8) Thats all I know.

pocketAces- The show was a local(DFW), but they did an excerpt on a couple in Virginia, near DC.
(Brambleton was the area/townhomes they were looking at) Can't see your links right now, Mean-Mean firewall at work...lucky just to get here. Will look this evening.

As for the blimp hypothesis....that's what I thought first, then 2nd thought like Royal76..Nerdy Video Editing Hoaxers....just got to wait till i get my hands on DVD.

Plus, blimps (Small and Large) tend to have tail wings for areodynamic stability ,i dont see that in the objects shape.

The part the gets me the most is its sudden (very swift ) movement just before the clip ends...blimps dont do that at a normal speed. Or on a distant horizon. As for being broad daylight and lack of many reports.....I dont know how long it was there or any other circumstance that could entail. All I saw on the tv is what I posted and I am trying to obtain a better image.

Dont get me wrong there can be many possibilities here. Maybe it was a blimp and the video editors sped up the video for that frame shot (that doesnt make sense cause that kindof waste tape space), maybe some hoaxers in the editing room thought it would be funny to pull a prank(my grounded thought), or ET is just looking for a new crib.

Who knows. Just got to wait till I get the video and you all will be the first to know.
