Maybe we need to look for something that PSL stands for?

but it was PRL, so it can't be relevant to the letters, otherwise Russians couldn't have been changed to Soviets.

I reckon its time to go through all 100+ pages of the ufo forums and try to find a connection. Hunt said it was a fairly popular topic here. I'll take page 175 to the end.

elevated, I tried all the keywords on your site, no luck. I have narrowed it down to Roswell and the Mt Rainier incidents in my head. I can't find anything else, but neither really fit the clues either. And I still have no idea what "but Little" means

the clue "beginning cold war" implies an event from the late 40's. I think we should focus in that era.

Yep as you say Cold War beginning must mean 1947 because that's when it started. It has nothing to do with the Soviets.

"But Little" has me at a loss but we need to look back at this year and really have a good dig around

He usually posts them at night. For some reason I think that "beginning cold war" is supposed to be a giveaway,thats why Im sticking Roswell and other 1947 events.

I found an article about a UFO crash in 1945 that occured in New Mexico. Discovered by two boys, the creatures were given the name "hombrecitos" or ("Little guys"). So far, nothing fits.

I was thinking nazi's too or something related to project paperclip but the "little" part has me stumped.

the change from Russia to Soviet might have something to do with searching - I've searched the site and google to no avail.
