I was hoping we would have moved on by now, you guys are getting rusty. Have any new clues been given or found? I looked on the tinwiki and nothing new is up there so i take it we haven't been given any help.

Can anyone find a list of Operations or Groups that tried to prove that UFOs were Russian? OR conversely not Russians? Insert the Little clue as see fit Cause I haven't found anything on that angle.

"Project Russians Little" - could have to do with the letters PRL?

Seems like PRL is short for Physical Review Letter

Another idea I got as I was rewathing the Disclosure Project 2001 press club footage, was a certain incident where UFO´s shut down Nuclear silos in the US. They were not Russians, even though some military prob. feared that.

I can't believe how dead this thread is! Is anyone still working on this clue? I haven't been able to use the internet as often as I'd like, so I'm not as much help as I could be.

Zsandmann and I talked to Hunt last night in the chat... I cant quote him as I didn't save the log so this is just an overview of what he had to say. He said that this is a hard one, but it relates to a somewhat well known (I think he used the word 'historical') story or incident. And he made it sound like I was wrong when I said there's nothing on ATS about the clue- so maybe try scouring ATS a little more. He also said to remember the current subjects to clues/answers. I think that was about it. Hope that helps.

Before we talked to Hunt, I was giving up on the traditional answers... trying to convert "Russians" and "project" to numbers- typing words into my phone and using the 'Secret Cipher' number association!

I THINK!! peaople are still working as hard on it.. Just no ideas or direction to head in..

When you have to search for all projects and all russian involments simply just to discount them is mind boggling
