Why doesn't Juliet tell Claire and jack they have the same father?

I don't think it's officially known. I think Claire's mother would have told her husband/boyfriend he was Claire's dad, which means that it would be written on any official documentation. The only people who know would be her mother, her aunt, Christian and her. And it seems the Others only have official files on people (they had Sawyer's criminal record, high school transcripts etc etc)

He's late, he's late, for a very important date.

I wonder if this has any significance at ALL?
Maybe it just signifies that it's full of Bunny Girls, (Thats right, from playboy). Charlies gonna have a ball...

and, on a different note, i will not be able to look at juliet in the same way as i did when i first met her...

the actress that plays her, elizabeth mitchell, had a role of a child abductor in 'running scared'...

her character, although brief, was very weird...

check out that movie if you haven't already...

but watch out, it is kind of depressing...

I think the only significant thing about it (aside the obvious Alice reference) is the fact that the hands are pointing to 8:15....

hmmm. Now where have I seen those numbers before......

4, 8, 15, 16, 23, 42

Oh yeah? My fraternity brother did the digital compositing for that movie. Check it out here.

Also, I found out I sort of have a connection to lost. Turns out my best friend's (and best man in my wedding) old roomate, Jordan Rosenberg, who I met briefly when visiting my buddy at University of Michigan, is a writer for LOST.

He's a nice guy. Looks like recently he was the chief writer for the recent episode Par Avion. You can check out his credentials on IMDB here.

I'm not saying that he's remember me if we met again, but I did stay at his house for a week while he was in college. He was in his room the whole time with his girl writing though.

Anyway, sort of crazy.

awesomeness!!!

and, about elizabeth mitchell in 'running scared,' i think she played a child molester

luckily, though, her character and her character's husband were shot by the wife of the main character...

here is another link about the 'lost' game for the ipod:

Briefly: "Lost" iPod game, Mac display dithering, Costco Apple TV pilot...

Apple through its iTunes store has made available a new game for 5th-generation video iPods that lets users join their favorite castaways in a quest to seek the truth and survive the official iPod game of the hit television series Lost.

"Help Jack search for dynamite, tend to the wounded, and avoid the black smoke," reads a description of the game. "Relive the crash scene, open the hatch, and ultimately try your best to escape from the Others."

The $4.99 title promises to immerse players into a mysterious world with authentic settings and a genuine storyline created by the writers behind the hit show. Players will explore the island's main sites include the beach, the jungle, inside the Hatch and the Black Rock.

I sounds like it's going to suck really bad.

I've got a 5g iPod, but will not be getting this game got it.

I'll wait to see more about the console/PC game coming out which will also likely suck.

I didn't know the deaf girl from Jerhico, Shoshannah Stern, was an extra for the first season of LOST. But, sure enough, there she is getting firewood in the back ground.

Boy, did she pick the wrong show to stick with.

yup

actually, though, i have heard the producers say that they use the same extras presently as the ones from season one...

and here is the line-up for tomorrow's big night:

Lost: The Answers...

airing: may 23rd, 8:00pm (EST)...

A look at the questions that have been answered and the mysteries yet to be solved for the survivors of Oceanic Flight 815 will be the focus of a new special -- in anticipation of the upcoming season finale episode -- on "Lost: The Answers," airing Thursday, May 17 on ABC

The Special is hosted by “Lost” Executive Producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse ABC once again invites new and avid “Lost” viewers to take another look at one of the most talked about and critically acclaimed shows. “Lost: The Answers” will explore the series in a way that will bring new viewers up to date -- but which current viewers will also find illuminating – in anticipation of the Season Finale episode. The special will take an in-depth look at the mysteries of both the island and its inhabitants and recap the secrets that have been revealed, as well as those that remain unanswered.

Hosted by “Lost” executive producers Damon Lindelof (also a co-creator of the show) and Carlton Cuse, the special will revisit mysteries that have been solved, including why a polar bear is on an island in the South Pacific, who the real father of Sun’s baby is, what caused the crash of Oceanic flight 815, who was in the hatch, what happened to the DHARMA group, how Locke ended up in a wheelchair, what Kate did to become one of America’s most wanted, and the identity of the real Sawyer -- who conned James Ford’s parents – leading to their deaths. In addition, mysteries that remain unsolved will also be explored.

season finale: "Through the Looking Glass"...

airing: may 23rd, 9:00pm (EST)...

"Through the Looking Glass" will be the 22nd episode and season finale of Season 3 of Lost, and is scheduled to be broadcast on May 23, 2007. This will be a two hour episode and will begin airing at 9/8c in the United States. I'd venture to say that due to her filming for Jericho, she wasn't making the Kansas to Hiawaii commute.

I'd be really REALLY surprised if I see her in the back ground on any more than a few of these first season episodes.

very true...

but the producers did say that...

That is true. I heard them say that too. However, I'm sure they don't mean extras who have gone on to take parts on other shows. I mean, as an actor you don't try to be a career extra, even on a hit TV show.

On the flip side, I think there are a lot of reasons they use a lot of the same extras. One, there are slim pickings for extras on Hawaii. I mean, there is just a finite pool of people to pick from. Two, it ads to the realism to have the same back ground people each week. Case in point, Niki and Paulo...the weren't in the back ground before, and boy did we get ticked off when they tried to insinuate that they were.

Then again, you get continuity errors as well when you're not careful. Case in point, the dude with the beard who was seen getting off the boat with Ben and his dad, and then immediately in the back ground on the initiation video Ben was watching in the little work assignment cabin.

I've heard that they've canceled Jericho. So she's free to travel to Hawii now. I know I would. Kind of like a vacation from Kansas.

BIG BIG show tonight.
Just can't wait. I've got it all planned out. Food will be ready, drinks will be premade, all I need will be in reaching distance. I'm not getting up for anything for two hours straight.

I'm so jealous of all you Americans and Canadians. You get to watch it tonight, while I have to wait until I can download it.

My rage is directed against Virgin Media and Sky... END YOUR DISPUTE AND GIVE ME BACK LOST AND THE SIMPSONS!

Football is the most pointless thing in the world.

There's absolutely nothing to it. I prefer my TV with a story.

or you can try abc.com and stream it after it airs in the us...

i actually feel badly for canadians...

they have to watch it in two parts (one before american idol and one after)...

Even if I stream it I'll have to watch it tomorrow morning. I'm eight hours ahead of you so if it starts at 9pm and finishes at 11 I'd have to watch it at like 9am anyway.

EDIT: Plus it says only US viewers can watch it.

I wonder if a proxy would work? I also wonder what a proxy is and if I can get it to work?
