Good morning, John.

What was something that your father told you about our cousins out in space, a.k.a E.T that he valued with integrity?

I am not sure I understand the question but I can't remember discussing the issue of ET with my Dad.

Hey, John.

Do you believe that the privatization of space travel in the near future will force disclosure of the structures and other anomolies on the moon?

If there ever is any 'private' space travel it will be a quick 'up and down'. Nobody will get to see anything on the moon. We are very busy up there and we don't have any time for any lookee-loos. Instead of asking what your country is doing up there; ask what you can do for your country down here. And if you want any details on that let me suggest you concentrate on paying your taxes and fighting for peace, to help keep our country safe from democracy. Thanks.

That sounds very Orwellian John.

Hi John,

I had referred to these links on your Moon Picture thread rather lightheartedly in regards to a private company, “Space Adventures,” offering trips to the moon for $100 million a seat, but was interested in your take on the situation. Do you think the powers that be would ever let this happen in the near future?

Flight Log: The First Private Expedition to the Moon

ASPEN, Colorado - You don't have to packyour bags quite yet, but passenger travel to the Moon is on the flight manifest of a space tourist company.

The price per seat will slap your wallet or purse for a swift $100 million - but you'll have to get in line as the first voyage is already booked.

Space Adventures, headquartered in Vienna, Virginia, is in negotiations with the customers who will fly the first private expedition to circumnavigate the Moon.

Also, was curious to know how things at the mine are going now that the summer months have kicked in?

Hope all is well, thanks again for all the great moon pics to ponder over, the one you posted on the 27th is mind boggling.

John, please reply...

What do you think about Lars C. Hansson, who you knew with once and his quote below...???

"When Bill Colby, former CIA director who openly admitted the extermination of over 40,000 non-combatant Vietnamese by the CIA's Phoenix Program, thanks Lear in a copy of his book, Lost Victory, "for all your contributions," one must ask just exactly what those contributions were, when they began and if they have ended. Lear admitted to me on audiotape in the summer of 1990 that his own fellow pilots at Continental Air Services in Laos admitted flying opium, and that it was common knowledge that Air America pilots carried it routinely, but insisted he was not aware of the activity at the time he was there. Leslie Cockburn's outstanding PBS FRONTLINE TV special "Guns, Drugs and the CIA" provided extensive testimony from a variety of participants in CIA covert operations concerning the opium flights which essentially paid for the "secret war" in Laos, and the parallel program of coc aine flights which were set up in the western hemisphere to fund the contra war in Nicaragua, and other covert operations in Central America."

Lars was my best friend and the one who introduced me to conspiracy.

Colby signed the book at a book signing in Washington D.C. for and at at the request of my daughter who gave the book to me. She told Colby that I flew for CASI in SEA.

Lear admitted to me on audiotape in the summer of 1990 that his own fellow pilots at Continental Air Services in Laos admitted flying opium, and that it was common knowledge that Air America pilots carried it routinely, but insisted he was not aware of the activity at the time he was there.

This is probably an accurate account of what I said. However if I actually said that Continental and Air America knew that they were flying drugs I was mistaken. Drugs may have been transported on CASI and AA aircraft but the pilots generally) didn't know about it. See "Politics of Heroin in Southeast Asia" by Alfred McCoy for details of the CIA operations in SEA.

I don't doubt it. The growth, transportation, sale and distribution of drugs was, in my opinion, one of the primary reasons for 911 and the unprovoked attack on Afghanistan. OBL and the Taliban were either (depending on which story you believe) either detroying the poppy fields in accordance with the Koran OR (according to some, including John Alexander)) storing and holding the drugs for ransom. Whatever the truth it is a fact that since we invaded Afghanistan drug production in that country has increased exponentially.

Absolutely and positively NOT.

Also, was curious to know how things at the mine are going now that the summer months have kicked in?

The mine was shut down by the BLM in March because of a technical error I made in 2005 in paperwork. Its over the $25 annual renewal fees. I appealed to the Interior Board of Land Appeals (those are the funny cigarette smoking, gender confused tree huggers in Sacramento) and lost the appeal. I asked Sen. Reid for help and he was unable. I am in the process of complying with my Reclamation Bond agreement and destroying and demolishing all buildings and restoring the land to its former unused state.

John, you do not have to answer any of these questions I am asking.

1. Was the mine very profitable?

2. It looks like you have some major bucks in buildings, improvements, mining machinery, equipment and were you able to salvage or sale anything?

3. What do you think the real reason they turned you down to keep the mine open and operating surely it was not the $25 mistake?

4. This has had to cost you bucks to restore the land to it's original state will you be able to recover any of your reclaimation bond money?

5. We all know politicians sometimes can help get things thru the red tape of bureaucracy why do you think this avenue failed for you? Rik Riley

1. Was the mine very profitable?

We were just starting up, we didn't have a chance to find out. We should have easily been getting 1 oz. of gold to the ton based on previous history of the vein. It took 5 years to get all of the permits, local, city, county, state and federal in place. Permits alone ran about $12,000 a year.

2. It looks like you have some major bucks in buildings, improvements, mining machinery, equipment and were you able to salvage or sale anything?

We are just starting reclamation. There is no market for any of the milling equipment, conveyor belts, rock crusher, table etc. I will be able to get a few bucks for the Case 580 backhoe and the air compressor. I will keep my tools and welding equipment. There are about 600 yards of concrete that has to be disposed of. Most of it is foundation for the mill, cabin, storage pads and mill ponds.

3. What do you think the real reason they turned you down to keep the mine open and operating surely it was not the $25 mistake?

Yes, it was over a late payment of $25 renewel fees.

4. This has had to cost you bucks to restore the land to it's original state.

Just time and effort. Won't be all that bad.

will you be able to recover any of your reclaimation bond money?

All of it: $83,500.

5. We all know politicians sometimes can help get things thru the red tape of bureaucracy why do you think this avenue failed for you?

Don't know what the probelm was. Sen. Reid is very powerful.

John....

perhaps you could offer to make a campaign contribution to Sen. Reid? He has a well known history of overlooking what is good for the nation or the land in return for some $$$ for the DNC.

Just a suggestion.

My father was Sen. Reids first major backer in the late 60's. If it hadn't been for my father's financial contributions Sen. Reid would not be where he is. No more money for Sen. Reid.

John-

I am not sure this is a question- okay, I thought of a way
to make it a question, but please allow a statement first.

I have read most of your posts.

I have never posted to you or within one of your forums.

I think you are very smart, and I think you are right about
most of what you say- even though it challenges the imagination
to believe some of it, you emit a vibe of sincerity.

I am writing now because, while I totally believe the $25 late payment
is the reason they gave to shut you down, my question is two-fold:

1) I am younger and thus dumber than you, but to give you a parallel,
I make films... some can take years in time and thousands/millions in money.... if a $25 overdue bill resulted in the end/destruction/not finishing of a film, I think I would have a nervous breakdown- and trust me,
I don't react to setbacks hysterically- it would just really rock my world- the absurdity of it all if years of work was mostly negated by such a triviality. So my question: you seem kind of stoic... are you just so tough and old school that the loss of your mine does not make you want to quit on the whole deal- life, work, achievement and goals? Or just really piss you off? You seem way to zen about it- I believe that is how you feel, but I really want to learn/understand how you react this way...

2) Do you make any connection between what has happened to your mine and what you do here at ATS, i.e., your conspiracy POV? Do you think this action with your mine is political retribution for your beliefs?

Thanks.

How ya doin' John Lear, you might not remember me from the "Bob Lazar and element 115" thread but I've watched a couple of google videos you were in discussing what you've thought of the moon with some physicist over the moon having some sort of atmosphere and several structures that seem to be intact and new. Those images of the moon you have acquired are pretty detailed ,I was wondering if you have any image of the moon that has not been airbrushed by NASA that we can see posted in ATS.Thanks for the last post you've sent me, since it was a surreal moment for me to be able to communicate with the "old guy who knew Bob",just kidding, and brang me into the world of conspiracy theories. I hope you have a great 4th of july and keep on spreading your theories , since I'm having a great time seeing the fireworks from my window as I post.

I actually have sleeper to thank for my attitude. From sleeper I learned that life is a series of challenges and its how we meet the challenges that matters. Not whether we win or lose or how much money we make or lose. There is not one agency, county, state or federal that doesn't know how much work I put into complying with excellence. Without exception every inspector called my paperwork 'outstanding' and so were all my inspections. I was the 'small mine' model for the Nevada EPA. I did my very best. I made a mistake in renewing my claims late and it cost me the whole thing. Yes, it stings. But again, life is a series of challenges (I seem to have gotten more challenges than my fair share). The object of the game (and it is a game) is to meet the challenge, without hate, envy or greed and move on.

I watched my life long friend Darryl Greenamyer take 5 years to restore that B-29 on the arctic slope north of Thule AFB. Every year during the summer months he got it closer and closer to getting it flying. Every single engine had to be removed and replaced along with the props, all the hydraulics the fuel lines etc. It was a mammoth undertaking. After 5 years he finally got it running and taxied for takeoff on the ice pack. An auxilliary power unit accidentally broke loose and started a fire and the airplane burned to the ground in 5 minutes, a total loss. Darryls partner then sued Darryl for $350,000 and won. Shortly after that I asked Darryl what he was going to do. He said simply, "Pay the money and move on". That showed me a lot of class.

Yes, I could rant and rave and claim how the BLM 'got me' for a piddling $25 but in the end it was actually my own damn fault and they are just a government agency enforcing 'the law'.

2) Do you make any connection between what has happened to your mine and what you do here at ATS, i.e., your conspiracy POV? Do you think this action with your mine is political retribution for your beliefs?

No I don't. I made the mistake in late renewal of the claims. The fact that it took them 26 months to find that I had made a mistake and between which times I had spent an extra $150,000 is just coincidence. I don't hold anybody responsible except myself.

Probably God was looking down one day a few months ago and said to St. Peter, "You know how Lear is always saying how his day isn't complete until he ruins someone else's? Watch this."

Yes I do agree and it's most plausible that 911 was cause of drog trade route aswell as oil control and aswell as spreading NATO to east towards Russia and China...
Besides those reasons for 911 which in main picture globaly lead to NWO, I think and would like to know John what is your oppinion about it???

Is it possible that US Army entered Middle East because of ancient alien artefacts which are hidden in ancient Summer city of Ur and Lagash which are besides Eufrates river, Iraq and Iran, it could be one of the main reasons if not THE main reason of invading those regimes...???
I think it could well be the main case scenario of real situation, which could mean for US army "Why would we make covert operations in Iraq for such high technology when we can overthrow their leading party and start new system and kill 4 flies with one swing" (oil, drug trade, expansion of NATO to east and most of all ancient Alien technology).

What about it John, desn't this sound quite logical to you, of course, I expect that you know something of it cause U allready confirmed Drug trade and 911 issue???
If those cities and ancient alien technology buried underground is the truth why Army is going there?
Then it certainly could be connection of 911 and aliens in some way? And what THAT connection could be??
I know I have here some 3 question maybe not one but if You could answer concisely and to the point of your experince and beliefs???
Thankz very much, appreciated!
