I'm just waiting for more confirmation of my past experience. Filling in the holes so to speak. This could be good. But, can we beat Mexico and Brazil to the punch of full disclosure? This only remains to be seen.

How do you KNOW this?

Bill --

Thanks so much for taking the time to answer our questions. I particularly agree with your suggestion that:

My best guess is that this is the time when a number of key “insider” personnel in the 1960s and 70s are reaching their twilight years and are examining their consciences. It would only take a small proportion of those to get together and take a stand for the truth, so that they can meet their Maker with their heads held high.

I've had that same thought throughout this. Lets hope that these men are given the proper forum and reception for what they have to share, whatever that may turn out to be. I think that the expectation level tends to rise whenever new information is released, causing people to be disappointed if it doesn't turn out to be "full" disclosure. Those of us who have been studying and searching for so many years will certainly appreciate whatever we learn from this, even if it's only small bits of truth. At least we'll know we're one step closer.

Alpha Grey --

someone give me the true lowdown on this dan burisch..whats he about???

That's a tough question. You might start with this article written by Michael Salla. I think it's a very fair and thoughtful perspective on the Burisch story.

The very short answer is:

Dan Burisch claims to be a microbiologist who worked on a number
of highly classified projects including one that presumably provides a
means for creating life - Project Lotus. Burisch allegedly interacted
with an extraterrestrial called J-Rod and as a consequence has been
able to pioneer some breakthroughs into a mysterious molecule called
the Ganesh particle that provides the solution to how to generate
life.

Mr. Ryan may be on the east coast. Its past 11:30 PM. I am not sure where he is but lets assume he's called it a night.

I cant wait to hear the rest of the story myself!!!!!

Epistemologically, I don't. I was told this by Victor Martinez. He's made a number of references to it in private communication with me, and asked me to mention it on the website in the home page intro as a clarification. Between us, we know them as the "DIA-6".

Within this group, remember that "Anonymous" is actually three people (85%, 13% and 2%). Victor knows the addresses (but not identities) of the 85% and 13%, but the 2% is a "ghost" with a "dia.mil" address which automatically erases itself each time. We understand that this is a standard computer-generated system for sending untraceable one-way messages.

Best, Bill

This is a small observation, maybe a question, and perhaps not overly important in the grand scheme of things.

I was discussing this matter with a friend, and we started talking about the number of people who allegedly surfed the stars. Why twelve? When discussing the number twelve in terms of ufology, the first thing that comes to mind is MJ-12. Well, at least in my mind it does.

Anyway, I wonder if there is any correlation between the number of the people in the Serpo team and MJ-12. Why not six or ten?

I suppose it would have to do with how much cargo you could carry. Perhaps sending enough people to survive any unforseen circumstances. Disease, accidently stepping on sacred ground and being vaporized by a phaser gun set to maximum power, who knows. Ok, i'm rambling. I shall hit Post Reply now.

I believe he is across the pond. At least I think he said so during the C2C show.

Moderator or everyone in general...

Is there a protocol we should follow when addressing Mr. Ryan to make things easier?

Such as putting Bill or Mr. Ryan in bold in our posts to help him see that someone is trying to address him? Shawnna's post above for example makes it much easier to see when people are trying to Q and A with Mr. Ryan. Thanks.

Centrist, just how mainstream is the American Chronicle? I noticed that the publication has sister/affiliated publications in all major cities across California - ex., San Diego Chronicle which I doubt would be confused with the Tribune.

Also, the article's author Steve Hammons is a sci-fi writer and his books are plugged pretty well on the sidebar to the story. I went through his links and checked out the ending of his 2nd book Hand of Light. Lots of hopeful ideas that I agree with there. So the author is pre-disposed to the UFO/phenomena circles.

But hey, it's a step. A small step. So maybe in a few months "Project Serpo" will be trailed across the news ticker on CNN, Fox, or MSNBC:

1. "Project Serpo Receives 'Way Up' Vote From ATS - President Bush Set to Address Public"
2. "Project Serpo 'Thread-Locked' on ATS - Anonymous and Co-Horts Tarred and Feathered"

Mr. Ryan - or anyone else - please tell me who Victor Martinez is? Is there any background info available on him?

And if it is somewhere in this very long thread - can you tell me the page to read please?

Thanks!

Just as long as everyone is careful. Anyone that remembers listening to Coast2Coast in the mid 90's knows about the Hale-Bopp fiasco where people were starting to believe an alien ship was trailing it. Serpo could have such an influence again upon certain groups of people.

I wouldn't mind if it shows up on CNN or the BBC just as long as proof and witnesses start to back the story. Right now it is an internet rumor and I hate for it to set Disclosure back by humiliating people in the govt. and military that really do have the truth. They will be very hesitant when the media go "oh here's another SERPO-hoax story...let's shoot them down quick".

Until there's proof and some names, I say I'd rather not hear anything on the major media about SERPO...I think the Canadian Defense Minister needs to have his air time since he is doing a good job of opening eyes right now.

Victor Martinez is the moderator of a fairly sizable, private UFO list. The list members aren't known, but it's known that it includes a number of well-known researchers and authors. There's really not that much to it.

eventhough i entirely agree with your post i must point out that English (unlike French, Italian, Romanian,Spanish,Portuguese ) is not a Latin based language, but is (like Danish, Dutch, German , Icelandic, Swedish and even Luxemburgish
) a germanic language

Bill

A warm welcome from me as well - great to have you participating on ATS as well.

Only one question from me. Kindly explain why you "start" your Serpo home page with this "supposed" quote from Ben Rich. Is a transcript of the lecture where this was said available?

“We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity….. anything you can imagine we already know how to do.”

Ben Rich, former Head of the Lockheed Skunk Works, in a lecture shortly before he died

Many thanx and greetings from the Southern tip of Africa!

Correct.

If my statements seemed to imply that English was Latin based, that was not the intended idea.

The Latin connection was simply in regards to Latin being the "language of science" (needing to learn the Latin terms for things) and how that base allows for a greater understanding of various "romance languages" when they are encountered(especially by those who speak Germanic (or other) rooted languages natively).

I guess it would be more correct to say that; "It's highly doubtful that a civilization from another world would have any earthly based language; with no frame of reference, translation is not an easy task."

Mr. Ryan

Welcome to ATS, and, even with questions coming from both sides, I think we can all agree that; "we appreciate your accessible nature and appearance here".

Thank You, I look forward to hearing more, and I hope you enjoy your time here at ATS.

No special significance. I believe Ben Rich made several such remarks shortly before he died, and this one seemed apposite and fitting (remember, when this exchange program to a planet 38 light years away was said to have started, we'd not yet even been to the moon). On this occasion he was actually speaking to a small group after a lecture; I'm afraid that's all I know.

Best wishes, Bill
