Thread Killers Anonymous invites you to join us for our first ever Halloweenie Costume party on Saturday 29 October. Refreshments will be provided, courtesy of latte addicts anonymous (LAA). There will also be alcohol and non-alcoholic offerings and a punchbowl for those who don't indulge in caffeine. (Please note 'spiking' will not be tolerated).

In keeping character with the festivities, there will be candy-corn, bat shaped chocolates as well as those 'yummy Halloween cupcakes with the orange frosting'. Our Fearless Leader -Numero 2 - Duzey, has offered to whip us some (thanks duze).

'Skelo' Steve will be DJing, there will be a dance competition, games, decorations, a haunted house, prizes for best costume and an 'authentic' apple bobbing contest. There will also be scary story telling time, so don't forget to bring one.

Well can the 'girls' apple-bob? Or is that defeating the purpose? Maybe we change the dance from limbo to something more - how you say... bouyant. Here are some alternatives, you pick:

Lambada, the forbidden dance of luv

Salsa, the forbidden dance for everyone who has no rhythm
That coochie coo thing Charo does, which is not technically a dance per se, more like a 'shimmy' but the girls would shine
The Hula girl stuck on a trucker's dashboard dance
The Fat Santa Rock and Roll Jingle Bells, with realistic hip action
and finally... the Kelis Milkshake dance, not advisable for anyone actually 'holding' a milkshake

In other news, I sold my bed, dresser and nightstand today. For $40. It's ridiculous. The set was less than 8 months old, and cost me $1300. The reason I had to sell?

It'd be impossible for me to move everything...I'm only one little Tinkle, and there's no way on this earth that I could transport said furniture to a new abode without first forking out tons of money which I just don't have.

I keep telling myself...they're only "things", Tinks. They can be replaced.

Who's in charge of coffee and donuts today? I need the rest of the evening off...

I am back for my daily rituals of much needed caffeine, as far as the costume party goes, due to a death in the family, I am not sure if I'll be able to attend, my pc will be here and I'll be in west va as of monday night.

I have to get my house packed up by november 20th as we're moving. I await a long winter with much snow...eccch!

I have to figure out how to get high speed connection to the house down there, Im a web designer and this could devistate my business,
If I don't see you before I leave I left a very large cherry cheesecake in the back office, you'll also find a kahlua flavored, as well as plain. I have been upset, so I decided to bake every kind.
