Didn't know what an Indigo child is so I did some searching on google and found this:
www.metagifted.org...
Brian* has trouble in school. He doesn't like to follow directions and he refuses to do the classwork if he can't see the point of it. Although his grades are low, his parents know he is gifted and talented. At home he will work on his model rockets for hours at a stretch. Despite this, he has been labeled with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). When Brian's classmates call him names, he cries. He feels persecuted and vows to get back at them one day. Sometimes he can see colored light around his friends and occasionally he sees angels and can hear them talking to him. He knows immediately when his mother isn't feeling well, and when he puts his hands on her back she feels better. He is very disturbed by the problems in the world like homelessness and the devastation of the rain forests and he wants to solve these problems and improve the world. Brian is an Indigo Child.
I actually meet those "requirements", except for the talking with angels part.
It's more like talking with demons.
I see a knife and I get these images of death and destruction, sometimes, but I hate that.
I started doing bad in school in 2nd grade, so I was put into this program where they helped me out and stuff, but at home I liked to take electronics apart and then find out what goes where and put them back together.
I was pretty anti-social, but I got along with the other kids like bullies and loners, and they liked to have me around.
I still am kind of anti-social, except around my family and good friends.
Other kids would make fun of me, and I'd flip out on them and run home.
I'm not physically sensitive and take pain pretty well.
I actually kind of like pain.
And yes, I am pretty disturbed about what goes on in the world today and I feel like I have to do something to help, and I'm planning on doing it.
So what do you other "Indigo children" think?

FlySolo, you are missing something. That article is from a book written more than twenty years ago. It is about the Indigo children and only half of it is true. When we are young, we act like miniture hyperactive adults.A lot of us have been incorrectly diagnosed as ADD or ADHD because we can't seem to focus on one subject and are very energetic. In reality, we focus on many things at once and are very inergetic. We are spiritualy different. If I was standing right next to you in a crowd, you wouldn't notice anything different about me. However, I would be hearing every thought in your head while litsening to my IPoD and talking to the person next to me and inwardly I'd be thinking "I really wish that this line would go faster" and within ten minutes I wouldnt be waiting anymore.
We are not aliens nor do properly educated Indigos believe they are. People who say this are missinterpreting the phrase plane.
