Souljah, you are from Slovenia? I always thought you were American.....

Well! That explains alot. In the future, I won't bother to get upset, as I used to in the past, when I am forced to ingest your propaganda.

As ususal, your initial post in this thread conforms to the tried and true formula that you have so successfully marketed on this web site:

Single source of information (usually dubious in nature) + Biased, anti-American slant (usually ignoring either pertinent facts or the other side of the story) + Inflammatory thread title to grab attention = Souljah typical thread

What really galls me, though, is this: To the majority of the readers here, the anti-American / anti-Bush nature of your posts are crystal clear. And that's fine, because everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Including you. Yet, you continuously spew forth this propaganda, and it is propaganda, and then you always try to back off what you are presenting by posing some question of ethics to be debated, as if to infer that you are simply posing a morally-significant question, and not proffering unmitigated rhetorical crap. More often than not, you are taken to task over the subject and tone of your posts, which is when you usually begin your furious back-peddling, as if to say "Hey, I didn't write the article! I speaks for itself. I'm just providing the information". As if we are supposed to believe that you have no opinion, or your reasons for posting these valuable pieces of information are based on altruistic motivations. Please.

I'm not even going to bother to comment on the significance or newsworthiness of the article you referred to, or its unsubstantiated facts. Stuff like that happens every day in a war zone, and there is enough blame to go around on all sides of the game to cover the death of a single Iraqi citizen. In of itself, it is not politically or militarily significant.

What is significant is the agenda that you have so forcefully imposed upon this section of ATS, and the relative transparency of your motivations. But, I do take some solace in the revalation that you are not an American, because now I can more easily write you off........

And I thought this was a Debate Forum, where people exchange opinions, regarding different topics - in this situation the topic of world wide war on terrorism. Ofcourse I have an opinion regarding this events that occur and by sharking this opinion, I am looking forward to hearing the other side of this story. But most of the time I hear what the other side has to say about me, not about the story - as if, I created this news, as if I reported this news, as if I started this war, as if I am the reason for this war. Most of the time, people don't want to belive the news they read, and ofcourse they get angry - and the first person to get angry at is ME, ofcourse. It's like working in a giant store with thousands of products, and when a non-satisfied customer comes with a complaint, they always attack the salesman that is in the store at the given time and place - and in ALL cases this salesman had nothing to do with it. He is just there - that's his problem. He did not make the DVD player that did not work, nor did he break it. Maybe his mistake was that he did not test it, but he can't test every single one of the DVD players that he sells, can he? Well, I hope you catch my drift.

In any case, we ALL are under some or other kind of Influence - you call it propaganda. Trust me, I read news from All sort of sides, European, American, Asian, Middle-Eastern - All. I try to shed as much light as possible on these events. When I post this Information for all of you to see, I do it with a certain intention, that you could all see the other side of the story - the dark side of the story. But you don't wanna see it, and ofcourse it all ends up in a debate like this - about me. Do you think this kind of news would even catch your eyes, if nobody would post it here? Now you know about it - if you like it or not.

I agree with you Souljah.

The war in Iraq is illegal, costly, bloody and groving more and more unpopular. And I can't understand people who so blindly support it in one way or another.

Your "fans" are like people who shows at a party, eat all the food and then complain about heartburn.

Well It's a beautiful day in a land of self saluting and high-5ing but It appears there is a Souljah in the sky.

I agree with souljah on this. We are all biased.

I see nothing more sinister in this than a simple traffic accident. These types of things happen every single day in america, and I don' see people claiming that those are examples of american terrorism. People make mistakes. Understand that.

It seems the ideas, opinions and facts about the war are split between almost all people. There are those whom accept what is happening, believe that we are on course and acting beneficially in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Iran. These people believe that the Bush Administration has justified their acts and are doing their most to help these nations and to protect ours.

On the other hand, we have people whom believe that we are treading where we shouldn't, that we are destroying these nations and people, that we are selfishely setting up our democrasy for oil, land, control, power, etc. These people believe that 9/11 was engineered by the U.S. in order to go to war with devious reasons and intentions.

Yet, facts go against facts and opinions against opinions, and still neither are right and neither are wrong because no one REALLY can be sure. Please, I ask you to give up your biasms and search within, because not CNN nor Alex Jones will give you what you believe. Do your own personal, hands-on research and find what you, as a living soul, believe is right. Thank you.
