Hey MK

Don't speak too loudly, you might be giving them ideas.

It does not have to be HAARP, we aren't the only country with scalar weaponry research or weaponry.

it could be a HAARP experiment or it could be human error

Although I don't know the exact situation, I'm thinking along the lines of planned terrorism against various power plants.

Or perhaps the power plants were not shut off, perhaps they needed to divert the power to a 'project' of some kind, which is why all media was directed to New York. Perhaps they really jacked up the power on the HAARP fields. It seems to weird that a vast proportion of the states is blacked-out.

Take a look at this radar image from the NWS that shows something just before they lost data.

weather.noaa.gov...

Also, the following quote is from coasttocoastam.com

Terrorism Expert Bazzel Baz (TerrorismSurvivalHandbook) started the show and noted the proximity of timing of the blackout to the recent computer virus, which he said is believed to have originated in China. Physicist Jim McCanney (jmccanneyscience.com) followed, and spoke of a "low rumbling sonic boom," that had been heard in the area at the time of the blackout.

Could the radar image be our smoking gun?

Wierdness...what the heck is that thin line on the first frame heading towards the area that expands in subsequent frames? Some kind of beam? If so, then how come it disappears and the red cloud continues to expand over the next 30 minutes? Anyone out there know how to interpret this data properly?

I'm still getting the website, try it again.

But now you mention it I will cap it.

I finally got it. Very interesting.

A good hurricane would surely complicate things:

I found this conversation on a Yahoo earthquake group this morning.

"Yes, the growing sunspot 431 was pointed directly at the Earth at the time of the power outage. It could be that the flare wasn't near as bad as it could have been, but because it was pointed directly Earth bound that we got a direct hit."

Whoa, that's pretty creepy. What exactly is that thing capable of picking up? Weather (obviously), solid objects, heat(I know heat is part of weather, shut up)?

Question about this little radar site:

The blackout occurred between 4:13 and 4:23 on August, 14th (or somewhere really close to then, I'm not sure I have the EXACT minutes there) but this radar image is displaying what appears to be data all the way out to the 15th of August until it lost data. Best I can figure, it's displaying up to either:
*****************
12:52am August 15th
or
09:04pm August 14th
*****************
(there's a time lable in text above the looping controlls and there's also what appears to be a time lable inside the looping radar image.) Neither of which are near the time of the blackout.

Please do the cap ike..maybe you might do one of every frame. I'm having tech problems here. It might be good for someone to have every frame of it.

I've created this screen capture of the NY blip.

Weird looking isn't it, I've got a larger copy. U2U me if you would like a larger version of it.

Does this look at all similar to the radar image???

The exhaust in the left picture is about 150 miles long, and is nearly horizontal (about 1.5 degrees above the horizontal). It is entirely consistent with the continuous exhaust from a "dumping transfer" scalar EM howitzer in the continuous exothermic mode. (The primary howitzer, of course, was activated in the endothermic mode.)
