If you draw Trudeau as a pie chart, 99% of him would be Ego, and the remaining 1% would be bodily functions.

She was the only thing which gave him any credibility at all, and her departure was the death-nail in his political career.

Above, in another reply, I discussed a pie chart where 99% of Trudeau was Ego, and the remaining 1% was bodily functions. You'll notice I intentionally left out "Intelligence". There was no intelligence in Trudeau's pie. Any appearance of intelligence in his government came from Freeland. When she departed, there was no intelligence left, and the ship was completely adrift.

On an editorial note, one by one, the entire World is getting to witness the simple reality that someone has to PAY for all these liberal fantasies, and that socialist governments have to get their money from somewhere, and that money doesn't grow on trees! And, the World is witnessing the taxpaying citizens stepping up and saying "ENOUGH! This is positively ENOUGH!! NO MORE!", and demanding responsible change.

I have to say I'm actually quite glad to see it largely happening all at the same time too, because this gives all these initiatives more momentum.

Communist / Socialist governments just don't work. They never have, and they never will. Their failure is a self-fulfilling prophecy; once they are established, people from around the world flock there by the millions for all the free stuff, and the working people paying for it all with their taxes (or labor, or...blood) stand up and say..."NO MORE!" Then they fail. And all the politicians to tried to be the heroes become the ENEMY. Happens every single time. Full circle.

When will people realize this is just a liberal fantasy? The tired old phrase says it all...

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A FREE LUNCH!

Socialist leaders want one of two things. One, they're deluded into believing these liberal fantasies actually can work and thus advocate for them as long as the taxpayer is willing to foot the bill. Or, two, they want conquest; they want to create a societal debt and dependence so great that the general populace has no will to resist conscription and war at the will of their masters.

In the case of the former, these governments fail financially. In the case of the latter, they continually have to expand their kingdom to fuel the machine by finding new members (conquest), and when that fails then so do they...eventually. The big difference between the two is time. Size and time.

I don't believe Trudeau quits if Harris would have won.

As a concerned Canadian, I can tell you I am not pleased.
I wanted that piece of crap to stand in front of us and
see how pissed off we really are.

Newsom will be term-limited out in 2026, I secretly hope Trump's "winning" is going strong and he finds a similar MAGA-minded candidate to endorse. Trust me, we would love nothing more than to have Biden stand in front of the American people and admit what a criminal and corrupt, no good, lying, SOB that he is too, but we all know we'll never get that. I'd even settle for an "I am NOT a crook" coupled with a resignation, but this would mean Harris would become president, even if for just a day, which would be totally unacceptable. But trust me, we'd all love to see a politician stand up and admit they are the lying, cheating, no good so and so...but that ain't never gonna' happen with any of these crooks!

He (Trudeau) told some friends over the weekend he was going to resign this week. A few news outlets briefly talked about it Sunday.
