The International Criminal Court said on Thursday that it had issued arrest warrants for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel and his former Israeli defense minister, Yoav Gallant, for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.

In my Opinion Netanyahu is protecting the people of Israel. My sister lives in Israel and everyday it’s a battle for her and her kids. Sirens are always going off. They are always taking shelter. Cell phones are cutoff.

The good news is that Israel is not a part of this court. They can’t come to his house and arrest him.

He is also safe to fly to the USA, the US has no part of this Court. He should stay out of Europe. Most of Europe is part of this court.

Here is the size of Israel. I would defend my country too!

How many times has this International Criminal Court called for the arrest of a high level person, and how many times has a person been arrested...and by whom? What is this court's track record?

The ICC does not replace national criminal justice systems. They are just a big pile of a headache. I put in the article that they can’t go to his house and arrest him.

They are the criminals themselves. I agree with you. They are just a mouth infestation of nothing but they are a nuisance.

I live 16 miles north of Dearborn. I am in a very Jewish area all the Temples here have gunned security guards. It’s crazy.

Jack Smith is a member of the International Criminal Court? If so, that speaks volumes.

Friendly reminder that if Hamas and their cohorts lay down their weapons and surrender today, all of Gaza will be liberated and their citizens protected from the war criminals currently lording over them. If Israel lay down their weapons and cease all defensive efforts today, Hamas will annihilate their nation and extend their crusade to neighboring territories, and not one Palestinian will be safer as a result. There is no victory in that scenario except for the Hamas getting to spread their malice further across the globe, unless you think for some reason they're just magically going to stop, because they are satisfied with their conquest or something.

The US isn’t part of the ICC.

We also just used our veto power at the UN for Israel.

Israel has received more aid from the US than any other nation.

I’m not bashing Israel right now, I just don’t understand the rhetoric that the US has abandoned Israel. It gets brought up constantly, but no one can point to how.

We’ve sent aircraft carriers, intercepted a ton of ordinance bound for Israel, passed antisemitism bills in the US, sent THAAD missile batteries that are operated by US military personnel.

The only thing more we could do is fight on their behalf on the frontlines. Keep in mind that the US military has engaged directly, albeit, in a defensive manner from naval vessels and ground units not in a shoutout with other ground forces.

We were the only ones opposed. Which is fine, because it didn’t have a plan for the hostages.

But I’d love to see someone show how the US has abandoned Israel; they’ve gotten more support than any other country from the US… and they’ve been around for a handful of decades and are a very small nation.

Who is "They" ? Biden has supported Israel in virtually every instance.. the ICC has nothing to do with the Biden administration.
