What the heck? Why would you think Smith would send the case to the DC or U.S. Supreme courts?
I said Smith asked for it…
“In an opinion on Dec. 1, U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan ruled that Trump is not entitled to immunity. Trump appealed that decision to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, which is scheduled to hear argument in the case on Jan. 9. But Smith came to the Supreme Court on Dec. 11, asking the justices to resolve the immunity question without waiting for the D.C. Circuit to weigh in.”

Yes March 25, 2024 as a trial date. The beginning schedule of motions, etc started way back in August of 2023. He fought all the way from that moment. And with Scotus 6 month delay, we're now here.

She had a nice schedule laid out. He could have proven his innocence and still been a hero before now. That would have looked so good to the public. Much better than all this delay and terror of anyone seeing anything related to his actions.

He was trying to actually trying to cut out what he knew would be further delay by Trump. Would have cut approx 5 months of delay. Smith never filed an appeal to either court. Trump appealed Chutkin. Then he appealed DC to SCOTUS.

Almost like the Courts are delaying intentionally!
To keep the case "in the news" to defame and smear Trump. 🥶️

Yes, I get it now.
Most...odd?
Your judicial system is a bit of a mystery to me.
A report from the group found that Soros-linked prosecutors oversee 20% of the U.S. population, including half of the country’s most populous cities, but more than 40% of all murders.
Soros poured $40 million into getting his candidates elected, many without any previous prosecutorial experience. In 10 races alone, he spent $13 million, by far the biggest spender in the race, and with some candidates constituted 90% of campaign funding. The funding was directed through affiliates, pass-through committees, and “shell corporations,” according to the report.
Now we know why Trump has become a target.Any prosecutor around the country with ties to Soros needs to be removed from their positions.

Two of his most notable candidates are controversial Cook County State’s Attorney Kimberly Foxx, on whom he spent $2 million and who manages the second largest prosecutorial office in the country, and New York County District Attorney Alvin Bragg, on whom he spent $1.1 million. Bragg recently gained the national spotlight for bringing the first criminal indictment against a former president in U.S. history.
