There is a hint in the Left Behind book series, the fourth or fifth book I believe? Right after the world was completely ruined by the earthquakes, the UN, having been coopted by the anti-christ, goes on a massive telecomm installation spree and begins the painstaking process of bringing cellular service all over the world to reestablish communication. Maybe the 5g is not about chips in phones, but about seeing your thoughts, like that strange device in the second Avatar movie.
The best way to keep them from hearing and seeing your thoughts, is to master your mind and make it your friend. An untamed brain is man's worst enemy. But a disciplined mind can keep all its secrets in the face of unbearable torture.

Do you have any proof other than a pic and an opinion?
Mobile chipsets are the powerhouse of a cellphone. Unlike their desktop counterparts, mobile chipsets are run on low-voltage and consume less power to conserve the battery life of devices such as smartphones. However, don’t let the efficiency fool you into thinking that their performance is inferior. Mobile devices nowadays are powerful mini-computers capable of performing high-computing tasks, especially if the processor has 5G capabilities.
The Dimensity 9300 series was preceded by the Dimensity 9200 and Dimensity 9200 Plus. These chips brought 4nm designs, a powerful octa-core CPU (1x Cortex-X3, 3x Cortex-A715, 4x Cortex-A510), and a capable Mali-G715 MC11 GPU. It was the first MediaTek flagship chip to offer support for features like mmWave 5G and hardware ray-tracing. The company’s high-end chipset for 2022 was the Dimensity 9000.
A photograph below shows a photo of one of the circuit boards. The letters COV 19 are not shown on them.
“That is a board from a very old set top TV box and which never featured any component parts inscribed/stamped/printed or otherwise with COV 19,” a spokesperson for Virgin Media told TheJournal.ie.
“It has absolutely no relation with any mobile network infrastructure, including that used for 5G.”
Virgin Media said that circuit board looked like a Cisco 4585 HD card which they began distributing to customers around 2011.

This is the flavour now. People assume that because it's on Bitsh*t, it MUST be real or a conspiracy because it isn't found anywhere else.
And the reason it's not on reptuable sites is because the information is horsesh*t. Bitch*t allows morons to post moronic views, which other morons take as factual.
