I mean that makes me exceptionally angry. What kind of d!ckhead authorizes such a heinous and intimidating act?

However. There ARE patents and mechanisms besides HAARP which influence if not outright control weather patterns. Even JFK was on about this technology. And I truly don’t know if there is tech to strengthen a storm once it’s been formed naturally or otherwise over land.

It ain’t just the lithium. The pure quartz that’s used for AI is only found in Spruce Pine too.

And I never said the government did it. But I didn’t say they did not do it either.

And if they could, yeah I think they would. They might.

The ink wasn’t even dry from 9/24 when Abermarle had signed the deal. Tesla might be implicit here too.

Another thread still, is the way are government has doled out $$ to everyone but Americans, especially when they’re hurting and are the ones that’s paid into this thing.

I’d make one about the untraceable black helicopter, but I can’t for some reason. But I don’t wanna derail this one anymore than I’m flirting with already.

As for FEMA? They’re too busy worrying about their cats making noise on zoom while they figure out if BIPOC and LGBTPIA+ dead get more aid than living whites.

Apologies, you’re correct that I mistook your username for OP. I was posting before coffee this morning, and that’s on me.

But I think the quartz is actually an argument against them doing it. That mine is already in operation, and it being halted doesn’t help anyone.

The lithium mine isn’t the biggest in the country. There’s far bigger ones, I just don’t see steering a natural disaster to benefit more than it hurts.

Keep in mind that a majority of the people affected likely don’t have flood insurance. So the government is going to be the hardest hit in terms of providing relief. That’s what makes these storms so costly.

As an investor, I follow the current events closely to help my decisions. I’ve known this was going to be an above average hurricane season since spring when they predicted La Niña after we had an El Niño. They said this season might even be a record breaker.

If they could manipulate the weather, why wouldn’t they steer Milton away from Tampa? That doesn’t benefit anyone, and this strain will only hurt the incumbent politicians.

I just don’t see it. There is no proof that the government did this, yet people are using the “you can’t prove they didn’t” as reinforcement for their theory.

If we’re left to pick incompetency or omnipotence with the government, and there’s not a lot of evidence to pick which, I almost always go incompetence.

But why would they let it happen? If the answer is just because they’re evil, what happens if Trump wins, since that looks like a real possibility, one I’d argue is likely.

When hurricanes happen, can people pin them on him? Or will it still just be the deep state?

I just think it’s an impossible think to reconcile. Hurricanes have always happened, this year was known to likely be a very active year because of the conditions.

I just don’t like that the premise can be used whenever people find it convenient for them politically or because of their bias, and just chalk it up as natural when it suits them.

I personally won’t ever suggest that an admin, no matter the side, manipulated a storm unless I had solid evidence. It’s just too arbitrary to say “they did it on this one” but then imply another one was natural.

So I ask again, what would be the benefit of it hitting Florida? It’s going to be a bad look with already incompetent relief agency’s struggling on the past cleanup.

Also, I’d be shocked if Trump loses NC now. Asheville was one of the biggest blue areas in the state. Many had their ballots lost, I imagine some will go to other states, I don’t think their main priority right now is making sure they can vote. But I’m certainly not implying that’s by design. Again, I think it hurts the theory.

I don’t think many folks in the south will be concerned about voting as much as a couple weeks ago.

Ya know, since their states have been flooded and they will be seeking shelter or their missing loved ones or fresh food and water or pets or that $750 loan.

Or that helicopter.

It doesn’t hurt the “theory” at all.

If it seems to you that places full of people who share your politics are being preferentially targeted by extreme weather events, better reconsider your politics.

Helene just became more powerful the more inland she went, that doesn't happen, or it shouldn't . Also , especially around mountain areas, hurricanes should lose power.
And now the next hurricane is heading here to FL, just in time to disrupt and kill before conservatives can vote in November.

Back in 78 ENMOD was signed in Geneva. My personal belief is if they felt they had enough capabilities in 78 to use weather modification for hostile purposes I can only image how much the technology has changed since then.

Its a pretty interesting read. Ironically you will find "Steering Hurricanes with Carbon Black Dust" July 1974-76. Not saying it was ever tested or successful just saying a lot can change in 50 years.

They seeded the clouds and brought down torrential rains as cold air was drawn down from the upper atmosphere into the higher elevations. For a week afterwards in the NE we had unusual cloud cover and light rain. Like the sun would not break through the clouds and it misted and then rained. This wasn't part of Helene, that was far to the west it was a cold front that just hung around for days and days.
