Try running it on a different browser to see if the problem is identical.
If it is, it is likely the site. If not, could be a feedback loop in the script of the other browser.

It "sounds" like something at AboveTopSecret.com is monitoring you. Maybe an infiltrator. Have you made any posts that reveal aspects of, or are against, the deep state?

know you probably already tried this clear all cookies and cache clear permissions keep passwords and any autofills you want then restart the whole system not just the browser.
