I think Trump and his supporters are milking this whole ordeal at this point. I mean, sure it was serious that this guy had the intention. But a bit of perspective is needed here… he never fired a single shot and Trump was never actually in any danger.
Jade ?
Who's the last POTUS we've had in America with multiple blatant attempts on their life ? Milking ? No jade it's not being taken serious enough and here's the thing eventually someone will get lucky and actually shoot him .
The real question is how many times has this happened and we don't even know about it ?? How many actual attempts have there been on Trumps life ?
I recall the FBI blowing an elderly fellow away for even threatening Joe Biden .... Do you recall that ?

I'm just so confused like does the secret service or Trump's security not go to these places beforehand and check it out? I feel like it was totally preventable because the guy is hiding in a bush for 12 hours supposedly like they don't do a perimeter check or anything before Trump goes there?? What is going on?!

Oh shoot. He must’ve not had enough time to prepare.

There was an attempt at another PA Trump rally, about 3 weeks ago. A madman tried to rush up to where Trump was speaking, but was tackled and taken away. Our anti-American media was disappointed, so very few reported on this.

Yeah like bushes and hidden areas a few hundred yards from where Trump will be isn't a good location for an assassin. 😃
Sure let's just skip it this time.
The top priority now is finding the "mole" inside the Secret Service who is tipping off these assassins. Until he/she is captured and squeals on who is giving the orders, these various attempts will continue for the next 45 days, or so.

Don't be too surprised to find out that the "mole" isn't from within the Secret Service, but, instead, from within Trump's own campaign team.
More at: www.washingtontimes.com...
The Secret Service allegedly told former President Donald Trump’s team that it did not have sufficient assets to secure a rally the campaign wanted to hold in Wisconsin, according to a new whistleblower account.
A person with direct knowledge of the exchange provided the whistleblower’s account to Sen. Josh Hawley’s office.
In a letter to Secret Service Acting Director Ronald Rowe, the Missouri Republican asked whether such a denial ever occurred.
The whistleblower alleged that the Secret Service “effectively forced the Trump campaign to cancel an upcoming event in Wisconsin,” Mr. Hawley wrote.
“Other whistleblowers with knowledge of Secret Service planning protocols allege that failure to provide protection for a major public event is highly unusual and that a sitting president would never be denied resources in this way,” Mr. Hawley said.
If the whistleblower’s allegations are true, Mr. Hawley said it contradicts comments Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe made in a press conference Friday, saying Mr. Trump is “getting everything that the current president has with respect to Secret Service assets.”
“That same night, Secret Service secured a rally for Vice President [Kamala] Harris in Madison, Wisconsin,” Mr. Hawley said, pointing out the “apparent double standard” may be influencing the presidential campaign.
