Yes, the attempts were amateurish - which makes the SS's failures all the more suspect.

Which is even more suspicious, how long was he there? This makes your questions answer even worse for the SS. They missed that security breech for how long? When you consider the size of a golf course (acres!) and the manpower that would be required to secure every possible vantage point from which an ambush could be launched, it makes more sense, from a security standpoint, to sweep only those areas that a high value target is currently occupying, or will soon occupy.

Unless you have the adequate manpower to clear and hold the entire venue for the duration of the golf game,

If the security sweep is conducted too soon, that leaves the site cleared, but unguarded until the "target" arrives with a security detail.

It appears Routh was able to take advantage of this logistical weakness, having been given the heads up that Trump would be at this course sometime during that particular day.

He just wasn't told that the USSS would be sweeping his snipers nest just before Trump was set to play through.

Still the time he was able to stay in one spot is suspect. No security sweep in all that time? Hence why its a security detail, you check the area and never assume anything is like you last saw it. And having some of the detail checking up ahead would be a standard procedure, even if the area was previously "cleared".The other fact I have not seen discussed is where was his vehicle in regards to his location? He had quite a bit of gear that would garner attention to be moving around. Was the vehicle concealed? No one noticed this vehicle in one place all that time if it was not concealed?

Apparently even though Trump and his playing partner were regulars at the golf course I'm sure I recall it being said that it was a spur of the moment decision to play that particular day

Routh was allegedly hiding out for around 12 hours and his car was parked up a 'short distance' from his hideout. Surely regular perimeter sweeps were done?

All sounds suspicious to me.

If you are still on the fence on who THEY are in these conversations you are exactly what THEY want. A controlled nation. It is not that hard and during those times they do what they want. A distraction.

Remember Pokemon Go? People were walking into traffic. Losing jobs. Getting divorced...for a mobile game. People would move in groups like flocks of birds. They learned patterns. It was based on Google technology. Can you imagine the stolen data?

Remember COVID? They told you where to go. How to walk in stores. Arrested you for not having a mask. Fired you for not being vaccinated.

Someone is actively allowing these things to happen and as far as it has to be someone in his circle, if you truly do not think he is not monitored 24/7 by the NSA and DHS you are a fool. They know how big his #s are.

He is compromised not from his inner circle but from the US Government. The shooter also was found to have 6 phones. I would live to know the geo-location data of all of them because there is no way that guy hid, where the press usually is, for 12 hours.
